Server was friendly and helpful, he got a tip for sure!*outside looked pretty clean but the menu boards could get wiped down a little more often- this Sonic is closer to the fields with corn & beans coming in than you'd think“
“They are Amazing and they are willing to help!We had a small incident in the Drive-Thru and was way down the road when we noticed a item was missing out of both of our lunch box meals. I called them up and explained what had happened and they were very polite and said we could come back and they would fix it. I explained we were already halfway to where we needed to be. So she politely took my name and phone number and said next time I'm that way she would replace the items then .I know it's hard to deal with situations because of the ones who scam to cheat the business out of whatever they can !We came the next day and she replaced the items that were missing the day before! She was very polite and friendly.We almost always stop there when we're in that area.Their food is always hot and good!!!!“
“Terrence did a wonderful job giving us great Customer service. My coworker and I walked to the restaurant at around 2pm and was told that they are only open for drive l-thru this was very upsetting considering our walk. After sitting 15 minutes and calling the store. To see if we could order online. We didn’t wait long, he came out to bring our food to us with a smile.Thank you Terrence ?“
“Hands down the best burgers in the CU area. I’ve had at least half of the items on their menu and haven’t had anything yet that wasn’t amazing. If I had to pick one meal to eat for the rest of time it would be the Bacon Mac attack and sweet potato tots with the mallo cream. Drew you and your crew are killing it, keep up the good work!!“
“Sports bar with many TVs, great.place to watch baseball, hockey, college softball all on TVs around the place. Cannot comment on house brand drinks, but they have Blue Moon, my standard. The food was impeccable. Went two nights in a row; night one was Nashville Chicken sandwich nice crunchy/spicy outside with a tender inside. Night two was the Chicke Fajitas, I was expecting something like Chili's, but out came three made tacos stuffed with fajita makings. These things are tasty!! Will be back next time I'm in town.“
“Substantial menu with many options, along with a vegetarian menu. Casual front bar with wonderful dining area. Many drink options. Food arrived quickly. Food was wonderful with ample portions. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back.“
“I was there after what I assume is the busy time, so I had the dining room to myself. There was a steady stream of folks in the drive thru though. The "Deluxe Single Basket" was more than enough to fill me up. I had to buy a take-home pint, too full for dessert. The staff were friendly and at least one was always cleaning something.“
“The. Best. Philly. Cheesesteak. EVER!! Better than Penn Station and Niro's Gyros! I also tried their wings and fries. When you order 3 wings, you actually get 6. They give you the entire wing and tip. However, they give you naked fried chicken, you have to order Buffalo or BBQ sauce. Can't wait to try more of their menu!!“
“First time for me at Buford's Pub, my family had each been there before. My mom and I were greeted by a very friendly waitress and the bar dog. The bar was full, but she would get us a table as soon as she could. So we waited at the bar. We were still waiting for two others and not in a hurry. While waiting, we saw wonderful looking cheeseburgers going out to tables.It is a great bar with several tables and very friendly people. I and my mom ordered the breaded pork tenderloin- it was not only gigantic but delicious! My SIL ordered the half order of chicken nachos- it was huge! We were all surprised about the nachos. My brother ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it looked delicious.We sat and ate our lunch and had a great time!I will be back to try the cheeseburgers!“
“This is a hard review to write... so I'm going to do the compliment sandwich thing, or at least try. The staff that have stuck around are amazing... they bust their butts and make great efforts to make everyone's meal as enjoyable as possible. It's clear they have a small core of very dedicated folk. The negative is the owners rely on the tipping minimum wage to get rich while stacking 11 restaurants between Wisconsin and Missouri. Champaign Applebees pays $14/hr minimum, the owner of the Savoy establishment has no excuse for robbing their employees like this. Sufficed to say the owners are janky af. The core staff there, in spite of all the negative, still bring their A game and smiles to the table every day; they are truly exceptional. Another positive... every single thing I've eaten there has been stupid delicious. I mean, ridiculous. Worth every penny, and there are a lot of really great deals on the regular. 2-5 PM and 9- closing is the best time for deals. Burgers are 8.99 on Mondays, too. If you can find understanding in your heart and keep in mind the folks that showed up are doing the best they can with what they're given, you will have a great experience. They'd never push you to tip, but I will. Show these awesome folks some love and they will be so grateful. Better yet, if you own a restaurant hire them (you won't regret it).“
