“Really delightful little middle eastern joint. Ordered the shwarma wrap. They bring you out sauces in bottles, so you can use as much as you wish. The wrap was delicious. The feel inside is cozy. The real jewel is the service. The woman behind the counter was incredibly friendly and you can see she takes pride in getting to know her guests. Great mom and pop feel.“

“Every time i visit this location i always leave satisfied. Great food, and amazing customer service. Once i had a mobile order which they were a little late on which is no big deal I understand and i was cool about it. When my order was ready they gave me a coupon for a free pizza when i was not expecting one but i appreciate it. Always happy to return to this location.“

“I have been going to Hayashi for years. Whenever, I have a craving for Japanese strip steaks, sushi, or Udon that is my go-to place. Excellent Food, Excellent Service, and Excellent Ambiance. If you're a fan of sushi and Japanese style appetizers but looking for a Subway restaurant style of informal dining ...a quick bite to eat, without all the overhead in service and prices, then I suggest trying this place.My favorite is the deluxe salmon bowl with the black rice. The fish is very fresh and I like the crab and seaweed salad. This has a very savory without being overpowering a true umami kind of tasting food. No overkill on making it hot or spicy. The meals include complimentary self-serving of miso soup. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. In my opinion it's a great sushi bowl at Subway prices.“

“Sunday morning midday, I thought that there would be a wait for a table, but they were able to put us at a table by the kitchen/bathrooms. I've dined at Egg Harbors throughout the years and the menu seems pretty consistent although they did have a lot of new coffee drinks. My Bacado (bacon-avocado) omelette was fine, with a generous portion of avocados. This came with an English muffin and diced potatoes. My companion ordered the avocado toast and they said their over medium eggs were cold. Otherwise a fine breakfast. Our server made sure our drinks were filled and even offered to provide Togo containers for them. Easy to pay with QR code on receipt.“

“My friend raves about La Plancha Loca, and has for years so finally we went together. It's a little place, and usually always full so if you don't live close (or have a friend that does) you might occasionally have trouble finding a place to eat your food. My friend raves about the pastor so I tried that, the skirt steak and the La plancha shrimp. The La plancha shrimp taco was out of this world good, and I have been thinking of it ever since. Especially with the creamy green salsa offering they have had. Whatever tortillas they use are also very good. I'm giving it 4 stars because the skirt steak and al pastor weren't any more special that anywhere else.“

“This place was great! I was a little sad they don't have Challah French Toast nor Blintzes anymore, but I got the Ceviche instead and it was SO GOOD. They also made me fried plantains with just sugar because I didn't want the ice cream, and they have Abuelita hot chocolate!! The plantains were perfect, crunchy on the outside and perfectly soft inside. Great and attentive service too. We will definitely be back. I forgot to take a picture of my Ceviche, but I remembered for the plantains and hot chocolate!“

My husband had the BBQ ribs, BEST ribs and BBQ sauce EVER, I had the orange chicken again BEST orange chicken I've ever had. “We have been searching for decent “Chinese” food since moving to mchenry 8 months ago and NOTHING in the area was even close to being good. This was the first time I’ve had it since moving and I can FINALLY say we found the place. The egg rolls were so good, which is usually my biggest test on a place! The beef egg food young was also great, no big chunks of onions either. It was a good portion of ingredients, and the flavor was spot on. My husband had the chicken fried rice and orange chicken and he said it was really good - he usually says “it was fine” whenever we get Chinese, so this is a big compliment coming from him. The service getting the food was quick and still warm when we got it. I do remember coming here years ago, and remember it being really a great atmosphere and really good. So luckily with Uber Eats, we were able to have it delivered. I am thrilled to say I FINALLY found my go to spot!!!!“

“Decided to take a ride to Cracker Barrel for the Sunday special southern fried chicken. OMG there was so much food on my plate. I had hash brown casserole and turnip greens for sides. My friend had green beans and mashed potatoes. Way too much food for one meal, but really really delicious. The place was pretty crowded. But our server did a wonderful job. It definitely was a treat to go to Cracker Barrel for Sunday dinner.“
