The lady at the front desk was warm, smiling, inviting and very helpful, the chef came himself introduced himself, Checked in on us (again very rare desi restaurant traits)! My 4 year old was being fussy and not eating the lady at front desk engaged him played with him offered him a surprise if he finished eating- overall would give them more stars if I could! Guys you have to come try! The naan, chicken tikka masala, paneer tikka were to die for!”

“First time coming to this location. We were greeted pleasantly and there weren’t any other customers around until later. I ordered a pistachio milk tea with milk cap but I guess the employee gave me an almond milk tea with milk cap instead. I’ve been to other locations, so this was the first time that my order was wrong. I didn’t get it changed since the almond milk was good at 50% sugar with less ice. I’ll still take a star away because pistachio and almonds are two different nuts, not the same.”

“I love Standard Market's Seeded Rye Bread! It is one of the best rye breads to be found anywhere in the west suburbs. Unfortunately the last two loaves I bought are so very , very salty? I do bake bread myself (not as good as Standard Market's) I am aware of the role of salt, sugar etc. and their proportions, so why this extremely salty version ?”

Definitely a good place to stop and get a quick drink or protein boost. They do refreshers, pink drinks, shakes and smoothy bowl! They make hot drinks and cold ones. The inside is cozy and warm :)”

“We like coming here for some Taiwanese classics. I recommend the pork stick rice tower, pork pie, oyster omelette, and the pork potage with noodles. They also make tasty drinks. I recommend the fruit smoothies. The shop is run by a few older people, so please be patient with them as they prepare your order.

Saying this because I saw this during my last visit here. After ordering, please do not crowd the counter waiting for your food/drink. Please step back and allow other patrons to place their orders and avoid confusion.”

“first off our server was Claudia. she was all that a server should be and much more ! Attentive, kind, gave suggestions , talkative, friendly. so very sweet. I was disappointed to hear that they did not have any Moscato wine. I was also disappointed when I ordered ice cream only to find out there was no ice cream. I asked to speak to the manager. His name was Ellie. he didn’t seem to care about anything I was telling him including complimenting our server. food was good. service was great. music was good too. Manager was not professional at all.”

“I had an amazing experience at Smoothie King today! From the moment I walked in, the store was very clean, organized, and welcoming. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the place looking nice for customers.
Priya and Varun provided outstanding customer service. They were both very friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted me with a positive attitude and made the ordering process quick and easy. Even though they were working efficiently and moving fast, they still took the time to make sure everything was done right. My smoothie was made perfectly and came out quickly.
It’s not often you find a place that is clean, fast, and has such great customer service all at the same time. Priya and Varun really made the experience enjoyable, and their teamwork showed. Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back to this Smoothie King again. Great service like that deserves recognition!”

I gave it 4 stars because it seemed like they were out of a lot of things. Namely brisket which was in a lot of their menu items. And their pizza oven wasn't working so we couldn't order any of those either.
But, the bartender was great/very attentive. I think the chalkboard said his name was Conner?
We'll definitely try and make it back over there this summer.”

“New Ownership. Everything you read was the old restaurant. New owners are very engaged and don't have the Soviet mentality and customer service issues. Very nice cosy European restaurant. You literally wouldn't know you were in the USA and not Vilnius. The borscht is better then what I had in Ukraine. It's fantastic! Delicious kielbasa. Not oily, not dry, just right! Everything was top notch. They remodeled the interior and it's very clean and inviting. It's almost posh. Just like what you find in Europe. Customers are European. They won't come here unless it's very good. And it really is.”

But the guy working there was really nice, he took my order without any attitude, and prepared everything fresh just like it was the middle of the day.
