“Located in downtown Naperville. You can find parking in either the two parking garages or they have outdoor parking lots. I was in the mood for gourmet burgers to satisfy the craving. I came across this place after a quick search. Restaurant itself isn’t big but it is roomy. We came for lunch so it wasn’t too busy. We got seated right away and we decided to try a couple of the burger creations. We went with the fried pickle burger with truffle parmesan fries and bulleit bourbon burger. We also had an appetizer but it is no longer on the menu, so I’ll skip that. I would definitely come back to try some of the other concoctions they have.-fried pickle burger came with cheddar, pepper jack, fried pickles, tomato, and chipotle aioli. It was cooked medium rare. It’s a 5. Very tasty burger. All of the ingredients paired together nicely. Those fried pickles provided a nice crunch. Those truffle fries are the icing on top. Not too salty, prepared wonderfully.-bulleit bourbon burger came with swiss, arugula, bacon, sweet caramelized onions, and bulleit bourbon honey glaze. Cooked medium rare. That honey glaze was the star of the show, added a litty zesty flavor. That’s a 5.“

“Five of us dined at the burger, social in early March. A nice restaurant nicely appointed. Food was excellent, burgers were great, prices were reasonable! Only one issue to be aware of: Like a lot of other restaurants, Burger Social uses a third-party app to make reservations. I find in general that these apps are not very patron friendly so be careful. I made a reservation specifically for the first floor at a certain time and they tried to put us upstairs in a much less desirable location because our table was still occupied when we got there. I told the hostess that I would wait for our 6:30 reservation. At 7 o'clock, the people at the table had still not left and I was getting a little unhappy as Burger Social has a strict 1 1/2 hour time limit per party and they were on their second hour. Finally at about 7:15 the manager walked up and asked the folks to pack up and leave, that they were over their time limit which they did. Wish they would've done that about a half an hour or so earlier. Don't really like standing in the middle of the restaurant for 45 minutes with five people waiting for a table to get emptied out.“

I also ordered Cajun fries, which were too spicy for us (they tasted as though they sprinkled the hottest spices they could find on them, which isn't really Cajun), but someone who likes spice might like them more than us. “Best customer service I’ve probably ever had. Decided to go on a lunch date with my 3 very young children. My 2 year old must have eaten too fast and got sick all over herself, me, and the table. One of the workers ran over to help and told me to not worry about a thing. She even helped clean up my 2 year old. The manager came over and was so incredibly sweet and extremely helpful as well. Even asked what my favorite, my kids favorite ice cream was and packed up a bunch of pints on the house! I’m not sure that I’ve experienced customer care even close to this - so unbelievably grateful for the amazing staff here.“

We went there for lunch for my husband birthday and wanted to watch a football game and got sits in front of not working tv . Which is kind of weird because the restaurant has tons of tv and many available tables. I ordered a glass of wine and it’s came in a regular glass, not a wine glass. After we asked for a wine glass the waitress said that they are using a regular glasses as a wine glass. She did exchange it for a wine glass but when I ordered a second glass she did bring me a dirty glass. Her words was: “it is your lipstick in a glass and I used your previous glass for wine”. I’m sorry but it is not a free refill and I’m paying for another glass of wine and I would like to have a clean glass. I honestly think then you pay a hundred dollars for lunch for family of three you deserve a clean glass. We are never come back to this place. I’m honestly done with it. It’s been very frustrating.“
