“My 1st time here.Excellent place for good food and live entertainment. I had the largest fried Shrimp ever and they were amazing.We went for the fantastic Shindig 60's band, the top local band in the Chicago area. They were outstanding, as usual.The band stage was WAY too small but worked. It needs to be reconfigured to a larger size and the lighting needs to be adjusted because taking pictures didn't work.My suggestions :1. Remove the tv's since you're really not a good venue as a sports bar. Add more tables under the tv's.2. Expand the band area and include an area for dancing. Too many people were dancing around the tables.5 separate dining areas. Lots of seating.I rated 5stars because it was an exceptional situation with St. Patrick's Day, the staff was overwhelmed with the crowds but were amazing under the circumstances.03/16/24 was St. Paddy day celebration.We had a reservation 1 month in advance. Thank goodness. But we still waited 30 minutes for our table because the wait staff wouldn't get the previous people to leave our table. This needs to be adjusted.Parking: Free parking but on an occasion, like St Patrick's day, get there early.“

“Omg this place is so much fun! Andrea is super nice and helpful. She helped us with our form so we could actually get the axes to stick to the wall. A fun bonus is that you get ninja stars and metal cards (think of X-Men Gambit cards) so you can live out your childhood fantasies. Would definitely recommend this place.“

“We are a family of 4, we weren't sure if a restaurant without Kids Menu was a good option for us. But our girls (6 and 13) loved every dish they tried. It was a delicious experience and we definitely are coming back. Sonny was a great host, gave us recommendations and he just got us. We tried Meat paella, Beed meatballs, charcuterie, chicken a la giardiniera. We cannot wait to enjoy Al Fresco when the weather gets warmer.“

“OMG ... I'm NEVER ordering tacos from anywhere else ever again!!! And my SUPER PICKY husband said he can't help but agree. Tried this place for the 1st time and everything was so unbelievably delicious! I can't even find the appropriate words to describe how good it was. “Atwater restaurant was superb. The only down side was the aspect of handicap accessible entrance and outside entrance handicap parking. The ramp wasn't very conducive for handicap wheelchairs, scooters or walkers. It is my request that the Herrington really examine accessibility to all would be ideal for future guests.“

“Thank you Molos for a wonderful evening. We hosted a small birthday celebration with 20 people. The room was cozy and private and since we had dined before we knew the food would be awesome. We did appetizers of course. The Baked Feta was a huge hit as well as the Saganaki of course. We ordered Greek Salad for each table and our guests ordered off the menu. I’m sure it was a challenge for the kitchen but they handled it very well and everyone enjoyed their meal. We had one server, who’s name I did not get, (may fault). She was awesome! In the end the entire night could not have gone better and even with drinks, wine, and desserts, ordered as our guests desired, the price was very reasonable. We all highly recommend Molos!!“

“Hosted a 30th birthday party for ~40 people here and it was excellent! Whirlyball was a great activity to start the night for an hour with food and drink tickets. We were able to move the party upstairs for an hour of bowling with cake and a piñata. Staff was very friendly (Dee was our waiter and was excellent!). Planning was made simple with customizable packages. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it for a well run and fun event.“

We had great German beer, sausage platter, potato pancakes, Weiner schnitzel, red cabbage, and home fries. “We had our wedding at hawthornes and it was such a fun and beautiful experience. Heidi was so attentive to my guest and most importantly my dog. She made sure everything was taken off our hands and helped make sure it was a stress free day. She took such good care of us and made sure we had the chance to eat and drink while we were busy greeting our guest. The food was outstanding and I will definitely come back to host future events. “Just recently discovered this South Elgin gem. Been coming here after High school football games. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. There menu is very good, haven't had a bad meal yet. Even the regulars are welcoming. Plenty of TV's to catch a game, just learned they have live music too on the weekends. Come and enjoy. You won't be disappointed.“

“Been coming in here for lunch for the past 3 weeks. The mix drinks they have are super refreshing, and the beer selection is plentiful. Jackie the bartender is very friendly, and welcoming. “We celebrated our wedding anniversary last night and the staff was wonderful! In our reservation notes I requested a both and mentioned we were coming for our anniversary. Our requested was accommodated and the table was set with a lovely card and rose petals. Several staff members stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary. All food and drinks came out perfectly and timed perfectly. Our server was Stephanie and she was absolutely fantastic! Can't thank you enough for making our dinner perfect!“

“This is a great fun bar. The beer was reasonably priced and we had a great bartender. The place is pretty rundown but I appreciate that in a bar especially when the people are friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend it. Make sure to count the gnomes I think I got to 12 but I am sure I am missing some.“

The staff is friendly and are quick to help. That's when time stopped, and I saw bathed in glorious light the words, "Taquitos $4". As in a dream, I ordered without even realizing that words were coming out of my mouth. They served me a colossal drink, and I plopped into one of the comfortable seats by the video one armed bandit. Now I know what you're thinking, you're probably wondering if the chair broke. Don't worry, I have been known to crush metal chairs lol. I'm not offended lol, I am just healthy and not afraid to express myself. But the chair DID NOT BREAK! Anyway great place, I won nearly 300, which paid for all those taquitos and drinks. Update - the police ended up bringing Betty home.
