“Walked in for Tłusty Czartek and it took about 10 mins in and out to grab a variety of pączki. The pączki variety were worth the price and they were bigger than usual and made really well. My favorite was was one with the edible floral pieces on top. I recommended.“

And EVERYONE will ask over and over if everyone is there and demand it. If they are not counting the amount you had on your reservation, they will rebute it against you. The asking and verifying the party can be done in a more respectable manner.I understand that they want to turn the tables as quick as possible, but the customer service can be applied to make it less aggressive.“

When you see Eric, the first thing you'll think is: this guy should be modeling for Dolce and Gabbana! I mean, I'd venture to guess that his last name must be Dior. He's the real deal, balancing professional hospitality with positive vibes. PF Chang's got it right: Eric is the guy you want greeting your customers when they first walk in.The other hero during our visit was our wonderful server, Caitlan. This young lady has got all the basics down (i.e. friendly, efficient, frequent check-ins, etc). But what makes Caitlan so special is this: she has the gift of connecting with her customers. At some restaurants, you'll get a server that isn't very genuine, and customers can see thru that. Not Caitlan. My son, who is 3 years old, couldn't wait for Caitlan to come back so that he could chat with her about his green dump truck. Caitlan is enthusiastic, authentic, genuine...the list goes on and on. It was so refreshing to hear some of her background and ambitions outside of work. She is such a sweet young lady with a bright future ahead of her.Kudos to PF Chang's. “Came in on Thursday lunch and sat at the bar. Stephanie the lovely bartender, was friendly , polite , attentive , and gorgeous. She had a great personality and attitude. I ordered a bacon , mushroom, and Swiss burger (off menu) and she was more than happy to accommodate me. Turkey chili was fabulous and so was my Bloody Mary. Stephanie was a true professional! Will be coming back to see her in the near future!“

“We came here to warm up and get a midday snack since we were in the area. We came an hour before closing and there were still plenty of baked goods available. There was also plenty of seating and it was clean inside. I had a blackberry brownie and a blueberry basil matcha latte. I typically dislike sweet drinks so I was hesitant to order the latte. However, it wasn't overly sweet and the flavor was interesting (in a good way). The blackberry brownie was rich and also delicious. My child had a big chocolate chip cookie and devoured it instantly. I wish we came for lunch since there were intriguing menu items but we will be back if we are in the area!“

Wow Atmosphere!We were in a rush to get to the DMV after a quick breakfast, and Egg Harbor delivered with the excellent service by Liliana!We were in and out (on a Tues. morning) within 35 minutes. Everything tasted great, coffee to go and take home containers were thought of in advance! However, we ate everything and didn't need the containers after all. “Always a great experience here. It can get crowded on the weekends but I never have waited a long time to sit or for service. The food is very good! They have a lot of different options including fun shakes! My favorite is the southwest omelet! I loved it as a skillet and tried is as an omelet and fell in love! “I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and had enough left over for another. Service and food were great. Atmosphere is average. I debated about my dessert but opted for the berry cake which also was delicious. I had breaded pork tenderloin, sweet/sour sauerkraut and potato dumplings, soup plus the berry cake dessert. (Soup was not pictured since I already had eaten it). All was DELICIOUS I'm not a bread person except for fresh bread. The rye bread was so good that I hard time to stop eating it.“

“Not gonna lie, I ended up here because my husband and I needed a quick snack, and I tried to go to Choo Choo down the street, but they were packed. When I walked in, there was a long line, and that seemed promising, plus it was moving quickly. We wanted something savory, so we ordered a ham and cheese croissant, a goat cheese and pesto croissant, and a spinach quiche. They warmed up the pastries and brought them out to our table pretty quickly. I was surprised the pastries were so good. The croissants were so flakey and delightful. The spinach quiche had a lovely crust. I completely forgot to take pictures because I was in a rush and starving, but I also saw a security sign that said no camera allowed. I wish they had more savory pastry options with meat, but the ham and cheese croissant was all they had when I visited. I did see that they had sandwiches that could be ordered, so I might try that if I am ever in the area again.“

“This is my favorite place for frozen yogurt. Over the past 10 years I've visited many locations, all of which started to decline and inevitably close (Glenview, Park Ridge, Deerfield, Mount Prospect). Schaumburg has been the most consistent location over the years. Algonquin was always pretty good too but my last visit the froyo was watery. I know there are Bloomingdale and Downers Grove locations but I haven't been to those. The location is very clean and although there are typically kids running the locations, the store is always well kept and the toppings station is always full and clean. The froyo is always great, and they always have good flavors. Their machines are typically full. And like I've mentioned always consistent. I've been turned off by other froyo shops where the froyo is priced by the ounce and the froyo comes out of the machine like frozen or watery slush and just a small amount weighs a ton, so you're paying more for less, not to mention not enjoyable froyo. The Schaumburg location the consistency of the yogurt is always spot on. It's never watery, too icy/slushy or bland. I truly believe this location takes pride in their shop. I hope they stay in business forever!“

The atmosphere was hectic and a bit loud on a busy Friday night, but as it got later into the evening, most of the big family/friend groups left, and we had a delicious intimate meal. The waiter was attentive and realized we wanted a slow, relaxing meal and followed our lead. Scallop appetizer, soups, and steaks were amazing. Did not care for the potatoes au gratin, which is a dish I usually love and was looking forward to. It had no flavor and almost tasted plastic. Our waiter brought me the mac and cheese, which had more flavor, and I happily finished. We have already decided to go back again in the fall and not let another 6 years go by until we visit again.“

“So right off the bat, if you like ham in plentiful supply, this is your spot. Pretty busy suburban joint, good for a variety of breakfast items. What I would recommend is anything with ham. I don't know if they have a pig farm in the back but these guys load your plate with ham to the point that white flags come out and pants get unzipped. I had the omelette (with ham, obviously). It was tasty - but the egg ratio to ham was too little. Next time I will, and would recommend the skillet with scrambled eggs. The omelette was super thin, where is the scrambled eggs that my friend had seem more proportional dish . Service was OK, not great. Coffee was not bad, also not great. Fresh squeezed orange juice is lights out though, so I would definitely recommend that. I will definitely go back, just a little bit wiser this time .“

“This place has special fish Fry during lent. This is a cute irsh brunch spot normally. They had a lot of st paddy's day themed things but I passed. The good. Coffee with actual cream not the pre package junk. Great coffee service as well though it would be nice to add this to the waiting area. The staff was great aaa all the way. The omelets was good, fairly fluffy and a good balance of fillings. The average The pancakes were good not great. I may try some specialty cakes next time. The bad Well good place equals wait time on the weekend. Not sure if that was real maple syrup, if it was it was not the best. The side of potatoes while generous, had little to no flavor. Had to salt and pepper the heck out of them, and just left them in the end.“

The service was excellent, they came around with more meat even after we threw in the towel. It was so good we had to finish it! The salad bar was small but the things that were in it were excellent! “These days I'm not sure a bakery can really deliver everything one'd hope for in the past. Lezza has a great variety of bakery products, and you'll find some of them to be very reasonably priced. I love the lemon knot cookies and the Italian ice, and you'll find traditional cookies here too as well as danishes and donuts. “My experience was great, but this was with the private catering service.I celebrated my mother's 70th birthday surprise party. I started the planning in late December. The event planners were great. My party had 23 guests and we used the Savoy room. The event planners answered all of my questions, and I had plenty. As questions came up, I was able to message them and I would receive an answer almost immediately, and on the weekends, I only had to wait 30 mins to an hour tops!With the event planning service, they had a portal where the documents, contracts, payment deposit, and online discussion were maintained. This helped streamline a lot of the tasks.The event was on a Sunday in April at 11am - 3pm. I knew how crazy parking can be at Oakbrook Center Mall, so I got there at 10:15, and I informed all my guests to promptly arrive at 11am; plus they needed to get there before my mom. :-)For all the late arrivals, they had to deal with the parking issues, but that was on them, not me. LOL!Also a lot of the guests were seniors with previous knee, hip and back surgeries - so I informed them not to park where the restaurants are, but behind the Neiman Marcus. Otherwise, they would have to climb a lot of stairs! That was the best accessible option. I wish there was an elevator available through the Beatrix restaurant; but oh well!When I arrived early, I was able to add my decorations and wait for my guests and mom to arrive.The host was fabulous - super duper attentive, and also provided options for those guests who had food allergies.Since I was in charge of the food planning, everything was delicious. We had Grilled Pepperoni Flatbread, Mediterranean Chicken Skewers, Spit-Roasted Herb Chicken, Barbecued Baby Back Ribs, Cedar-Planked Salmon, Red Skin Mashed Potatoes, and Roasted Market Vegetables. All of that for $36.95 per person (price at the time of my contract) with a minimum of $800 wasn't bad at all!!Everyone had a great time and experience, and my mom was super surprised. That was the best part about the entire day!“

“Courageous Bakery and Cafe has some solid breakfast and pastry choices. My husband is a huge sucker for breakfast burritos and I am a huge fan of buttery, flakey biscuits. Courageous has both so it's a win-win for us! Besides breakfast, we would typically order croissants, cupcakes, and/or 4 inch birthday cake to go. None of those have disappointed us. The only downside is the horchata loca latte was somewhat mediocre in which both horchata and coffee flavors were underwhelming.“

Lots of cheese, but again, not a great quality cheese. Best i can describe it is to say it was kind of like drinking skim milk vs whole milk...if that makes sense. French fries were yummy, but not as hot as they could have been. Bread was served when we sat down. Delicious! Crusty and warm. Ask for their spice blend...it doesn't come out unless you ask for it. It was yummy...oregano, salt, pepper, and not sure what else, but out of this world. Service was great. Georgia was very very nice. We were not offered drink refills, and our water glasses were empty, and never refilled. But overall, we were happy. Prices were very reasonable! Party I was with raved about the crab cakes. Sour cream mashed potatoes was a large portion meant to share and was super creamy. Steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked. The key lime pie was the best I've ever eaten. It was more sweet than tart. Atmosphere was dimly lit and perfect for the room.
