“I spontaneously stopped by with my kiddos and sister today and I'm so glad we did! What a great restaurant/bar with an extensive menu! They have a wonderful kids menu with a lot of pinball machines!! We had such a good time! “A wonderful establishment! The new cook, Mark, is definitely on the ball. The food was cooked made to order, accurately dressed, quality and quantity was two thumbs up. The atmosphere is quietly pleasant yet enough pep to get the spirits going. It is a good place to gather with friends and family or just a quiet evening out solo or with a significant other. This establishment is kid friendly, but most adults choose family time here during the day or dinner. The evenings are most enjoyable being in a non discriminate establishment with a variety of positive kind folks. “A great night for music from the Skylark Brothers. I ordered the Classic burger which was delicious. And the IPA I ordered was very tasty. Service was very good.Parking: The Madison County lot is just a short walk to Sneaky's and has plenty of parking.“

“Great place. However, my buffalo chicken had no heat at all and my friends BLTs were very underwhelming to the point of not finishing despite being exhausted and starving. Servers were busy but could be seen chit chatting and sitting around“

They offered karaoke and the customers seemed to be enjoying themselves quite well. The bartender Scott was on point and very polite. “My big sister helps run the place on the weekends and works the kitchen . it's a nice quiet relaxing spot to play some pool, play video games, darts , have some drinks and great food plus, the atmosphere is always chilled. I highly recommend the double cheeseburger and fries combo with a drink for only 6$, or for a starter the cauliflower bites coupled with mini tacos are also pretty great. Brews are solid priced and reasonable and so are shots it's a great place to stop in and have a few drinks or hang out with friends and get together.“

“This is a perfect good ol'tavern. Exactly what I like if I go to have a drink. Bartender s are great, atmosphere is fun and friendly, it's a cheers for the motorcycle club and friends. Always a good time. Sam and Woody are not serving you it Missy, Michelle, or as they call Cheyenne " the new girl" you can't go wrong with any of the three. And if you are lucky enough to run into Elliot or some other regular faces, you have a great day ahead!“

“If you like local dive bars and pizza this is the place to go. Their pizza is the bomb ? The staff is friendly and most of the regulars are too. Lol. They also have an AMI jukebox, an ATM machine, several TV screens to watch sports games, and video gambling machines. They have a back patio with seating for smokers and they usually have heat out back when they remember to refill the propane tanks. It’s usually just one bartender waiting on everyone and making the pizzas in their pizza oven. Drink a cold one and enjoy the atmosphere while you wait. ??“

“If you are looking for a friendly staff & great service overall , Most importantly, great BAR food-Nicks Bar is the PLACE TO GO! I call the head cook “The GREAT OZ “ I never see him. I heard of him but wouldn’t know him if I seen him . I know one thing, the Oz can throw down in the kitchen & pays attention to detail ! The girls report the order perfect and the Oz handles his business!! Great prices as well. This is my safe spot . I always know my food is going to be good everytime. Compared to other food establishments in the area, hands down , Nicks takes the ? for meI I suggest trying tacos, wild-style combo, Chicken wings, Buffalo Chicken combo & cant forget the queso & ranch ! They make all the sauces and you taste the difference ! ?Parking: Parking located behind the establishment. They also have great drink specials and slot playing available.“

“We have always been big fans of Big Daddy's from a food and atmosphere standpoint! Most recently, we had the opportunity to transform their outdoor patio space for a private party with a Wednesday Addams theme and it was a blast! There were so many opportunities for decor in their space. They were welcoming and accommodating for us as vendors as well. We have also personally hosted a birthday party here and had great food/service and ease of coordination!“

“Seemingly innocuous facade outside but once you walk into the unassuming front entrance it's a pleasant surprise. We didn't eat and it was our first experience. We stopped by out of curiousity and a night cap- coupled with a little slot action. The bartender was pretty great and the bar was clean, well lit & maintained. The mixed drink my partner got was affordable and the PBR was cold. Overall, I can't wait to support this unique, lo al, popular business in the future. Being a chef, I'm VERY curious about the food so we'll definitely be back for that!!!“

“I've stopped in here a few times since I live just down the road from it. The times I've gone in, it wasn't too busy, but they tell me they have a good time on a Saturday night. It's really not your best bet if you want food. They serve your basic frozen pizzas and the like, but nothing remarkable. Sammi's Subs, next door, is another story though. EXCELLENT sandwiches (but they aren't open late). Like another reviewer said, I think Norb's is a great dive-bar with some pool tables and darts. Probably the most fun if you bring a friend or two, and preferably ones who like to play pool or darts. I believe they were cash only at the bar, and they didn't really have a lot of drink specials when I went. So bring cash.“

All he has are chicken and fries? Most of the time, he never had fish. It's sometimes shrimp.“

“Planned to meet friends with under-age kids here on a Friday night after a high school football game. Late-night food options in Alton are sparse. Had eaten here in the past, but apparently this bar/restaurant recently changed ownership. The once loud dance crowd was absent and few cars occupied the parking lot. The menu appeared the same. We ordered chicken wings, peel n eat shrimp and a burger. They only had cajun shrimp left, so after seeing the folks behind me being served the ribeye dinner, I changed my order. Wow. Great flavor, and served with roasted potatoes and fresh green beans. I was impressed. All that was missing was bread, but I didn't care much. I liked the quieter atmosphere and after a very drunk man made a huge scene and a fool of himself, the manager stopped by our table with an apology. Very good service. Excellent value for a steak dinner. Still a great place to eat. The entire meal was less than $30 for two drinks, burger/fries, and steak dinner!“
