“Coffee is pretty good when made well. Service is fast but very inconsistent. I’ve ordered the french iced coffee maybe 20 times now and it comes without ice 1/3 of the time. Also tastes different almost everytime. One of the times I asked for an ice cup, the barista sternly told me it doesn’t come with ice… but then why did it come with ice the other 15ish times?”

“This is my second visit here finally and I must say.. I was absolutely impressed with the service.. friendly fast and frigging delicious!!! I don't even think I blinked but 3 times and our street corn was already out being handed to us. the roasted chicken tacos are to die for says my babe. I really enjoy their shrimp tacos with the mango Habanero sauce to put on em.. Definitely recommend this restaurant.”

“If you are looking for a pleasant dining experience and affordable food, this is the place! We had the salmon, jalapeño burger, and pretzel appetizer. All of them were delicious and one of the best priced meals we have had for the quality of food in a long time! Highly recommend”

With a unique menu ranging from Breakfast Soup to stuffed burgers and amazing ribs, the Red Bird Cafe is not your standard issue roadside diner. Trish herself works in the kitchen and also circulates among her customers to make sure everybody's doing alright. Great decor and even a small souvenir/gift shop. Weekends are the busiest. Be sure to check the business hours.”

However, I do hope the staff behind the counter are getting paid in cookie dough, because these things are worth their weight in gold (or at least chocolate chips).The good news is that ordering is a breeze. Their app is basically a direct line to sugary bliss, and if you're feeling less tech-savvy, there are also kiosks in the store. Just be prepared to make some tough decisions – with flavors that change weekly, it's like Willy Wonka's factory in there!”

“Luckily found this place last minute. They took us in at 9 and told us kitchen was closing in 5 min. which was fine for us.Food was very tasty. Couple things I would comment on for improvement. They sent out an appetizer along with the food without even acknowledging it. Also I asked for hot sauce and they brought out store bought sauce that did not go with the dish. I wish that they had a homemade spicy sauce that would compliment the dish. But aside from that everything else was good and would definitely eat there again.Street Parking could be a bit tough depending on time.”

“Today was my first time going to Scones and Dollies and I am so upset I am just discovering this place now. It was insanely delicious. The best scone I have EVER had. I got the fig honey pecan and I don’t think anything else will compare! I also had a bite of my friend’s frosted cookie and it was delicious as well. The frosting was so light and not too sweet. I highly recommend this place for a sweet treat.”

“One of our go-to places in the Lafayette/West Lafayette area for Mexican food! I have not tried the food truck, but we have eaten at the physical location many times. The food is some of the best Mexican food you can get in town and I love that they serve breakfast! Everything we've had has been delicious and the service is always friendly.”

“We've had brunch before at 8Eleven, but dinner raises the bar. This is high end food at a (relatively) mid range price. The meatless mushroom bolognese was exceptional and the special sea bass was as good as it gets. Presentation is beautiful and shows thought for the dishes. Total bill for three main with one drink was $125, which is a steal for food of this quality. Service was professional and relaxed.”

“Super cute, trendy new restaurant in West Lafayette. Beautiful, modern décor including a section with "honeycomb" seating for a more intimate and private dining experience. Great for date nights! The servers are all friendly and helpful with menu recommendations and very attentive to their guests. I have been twice and tried different items each time and haven't had a single item disappoint yet. Prices are reasonable considering the dining experience and food quality, especially with the economy. 10 out of 10, highly recommend. Even if you just try it one time, you'll be glad you did!”

“WOW. I have not been this excited to write a review for a coffee place in a long time! Everything was outstanding. Everything on the menu sounded so good it was hard to choose. I ended up going with a banana cold brew (amazing flavor) and a lox bagel on an everything bagel. This was unique as it had apple slices on it! It was outstanding! My friends ordered a goat cheese on a jalapeño bagel (blueberry, goat cheese, arugula) and we also had a spicy cortado along with an everything latte! Not one bad thing to say! The service is very quick and if I had to describe the vibes it would be modern grunge revival! I can't wait to come back. Just wish I lived a bit closer to Lafayette.”
