“Came in to the Pilot on the way home from Brookfield zoo. I've been here several times over the years and the bathrooms have consistently been clean. Being a day trip person, having a spot to go where I know the bathrooms are clean is a must. Pilot stations tend to be consistently clean and they have showers (usually for truckers but I don't think it is exclusively for truckers). The Pilot has lots of snacks including prepackaged, hot meals, and drinks. If you want something more than that, this location also has a Subway and a McDonald's to get you through. Whether you need gas, a bathroom, or even a snack, this gas station is a fine choice.”

“This McDonald's is at the pilot gas station which is under construction, very limited service at the pilot? No hot food, no showers, will be under construction till end of April The only thing good there is the gas and coffee.”

“The young lady working the counter tonight was very polite, took my order, asked all the right questions, and made a perfect sandwich.After coming off a 12 hour shift in the city, there is often nowhere around to eat. The small detour west after taking the exit to go home is well worth the trip.To some people, it's just a sandwich. To others, it's a relief after a long day of work and not wanting to do more than eat and sleep. Thank you so much!”

Everyone who works there truly cares about the customers and the quality of the food.I lived in Thailand for 5 years and my partner is Thai and this is the most authentic Thai food we've had in the USA.The sushi is also incredible! And that's an understatement.I would recommend the University Roll (sushi) and Khao Soi (a type of noodle curry). But thats just my preference, everything I've tried has been fantastic.Definitely stop by, but be careful. You will find yourself coming back on a weekly basis!”

“This place is absolutely incredible! It's like discovering a hidden gem in the midst of the ordinary. Stepping into the restaurant transports you to a whole new world. The owners are incredibly dedicated and always going above and beyond, constantly juggling multiple roles due to a shortage of staff. Keep in mind that this is a scratch kitchen, so if your meal takes a bit longer, it's because they're playing the roles of chef, waiter, and bartender all at once. Last night, we were there and unfortunately witnessed a terrible customer treating them with disrespect, but the chef remained remarkably composed, although it was heartbreaking to see.”

They have great food options above and beyond their fantastic bread. Their coffee is almost as great as their staff. If you're in Chesterton and they're open, you should stop in.”

“Decided to check this tea shop out since they have some interesting options. I got the electric sunrise with regular boba, matcha milk tea with boba, and a matcha Swiss roll. The electric sunrise is good, but since it's Grapefruit just know it's on the more sour side. The matcha milk tea I got with less sugar. This one tasted good and was my favorite. The Swiss roll is decent, but you can't taste the matcha all that much. The service was great when I went. The lady put my drink in 2 small cups after the picture for the electric sunrise since my son was drinking it but didn't want boba. The store was also quite quiet. But I went about an hour before closing. If you want to try some unique flavors, this is a tea place to try. I will definitely be going back to try other flavors in the future.”

“The salted Carmel cashew protein shake tastes like an actual milkshake. I asked for extra protein and then had to ask if there was actually protein in it. It didn't leave a weird chalky after taste that most protein shakes leave. It was delicious!”
