“Tanya is very nice. I ordered some greens bake Mac and cheese and bake chicken I had hot water cornbread and banana pudding. This place is in dyer on Sheffield it's a hidden gem. Go try her food delish. A soulfood place close by in the neighborhood check her menu out.“

“So I visited the area for spring break and was taken to this restaurant by my Son and his Wife on March 18, 2024. I was very pleased with the ambiance. It's an intimate restaurant with a small waiting area that leads out to the eating entrance that has at least 10 tables ranging from 2 to 4 seats, two restrooms, drinking station used by the employees and the cooking area. The Waitress was pleasant and experienced. The presentation of each dish was mouthwatering as you can see. The taste was very much to my liking and seasoning to a minimum as it should be. The amount of food you get for the price is definitely feasible. Yes, you get your monies worth! The Cook that day was on point and delivered! He needs his own tip jar! The way he made the hashbrowns are unique with this mashed/hashbrown taste that melts in your mouth. My omelet was loaded with spinach, I definitely took in my daily dosage of Vitamin C for that day. Freshness and not overcooked was also key. Restaurants like this are fading away in St. Louis City and we need to "Bring Back America" with this here. In my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice, "I will be back".“

“First time here. Did not disappoint. Food was really good. You could order appetizers and make that a meal. Portions are big. Bloody Marys are delicious and something you just have to see for yourself. They are huge. Will definitely recommend.“

Menu changes based on what events are happening in the casino. Come hungry and enjoy an appetizer (that can be a meal in itself) and any entree cooked to perfection.“

“12/1/23, Friday eve tried this restaurant after a few years of pandemic issues, glad we did! Rachel, our service provider was delightful and attentive. We chose the pork ribs and they melted in you mouth. Great sauce.The cole slaw was excellent and my martini was reasonably priced and very tasty with cheesy olive garnish. Rachel answered all our question and explained changes to the menu which needs updating. All in all we really enjoyed our meal and atmosphere. Thanks again from Rosie and Dorothy !Parking: We were at little surprised the back parking area had NO lighting at nite. It’s was dark and had uneven surfaces that you couldn’t see due to unsafe lack of lighting.“

“I didn't try the food but I'm really impressed with what the new owners have done with this place. If you go, make sure you check out to the back yard area & go for a walk around the new path they've made. Theres a walkway than goes behind the pond and goes back up to the other side of the patio. The entire new trail is all lit up on both sides of the path w/ colorful lights. It's just beautiful out there, particularly at night.“

“The food here is decent. It's a great atmosphere for what you call a sports bar , but works well with the great service. I whole heartedly expected it to be busy , but it wasn't. There was a good feeling amongst the regulars, and a welcoming vibe. The drinks were a little flat, and light. If I were to try it again then maybe , I'd pic something new off the menu.“

“For all of you chili lovers out there, you have to come out and try Rasta Chili Hut! I had an amazing experience here! The owner is very warm and welcoming, all of the food is made from scratch and with LOVE! Come and see for yourself! I had the vegetarian chili and the first bite was instant nostalgia! It brought back memories of coming home on a cold, rainy autumn day to a comforting bowl of homemade chili and board games with my family. Yes, it was THAT GOOD! Beyond the amazing chili, I also ordered the fried plantain and hands down it was the best that I have ever had from any restaurant in my life! The combination of the crispiness of the plantain and the crunchiness of the cashews drizzled with honey was phenomenal and bursting with flavor! My taste buds were so happy! I will most definitely be returning here over and over again, so will you! Just try it!“

“We go here a couple times a month for brunch on the weekend.Our server is always really charming, nice, and very attentive.The atmosphere is great. Lot's of natural light, white wood, good music at the right volume. It all just screams mimosas and upscale brunch.All the food is very hearty, tasty, and fantastatic! The brisket benedict is probably my least favorite though... could just be personal taste, but that korean bbq hollandaise is pretty overwhelming.“
