“This place is such a great spot. Every time I go here the Employees are so nice. I’ve met one named Nolan (I’m also named Nolan) which was super cool he was great. Another time I got a small fry and they brought out a huge tray of loaded fries and they were amazing. The brisket and pulled pork is so good I leave this place full and satisfied every time. “Ben's is the best BBQ! My previous favorite is Oklahoma Joe's/Joe's in Kansas City.Similar origin stories.It starts with the smoker. Oklahoma Joe built his own and so does Ben. I was invited into the inner sanctum of the smoke house to see the "Red October" offset.All of the BBQ is smoked with local Indiana cherry.Ben's is located in an old used car lot in old downtown Westfield where parking can be very dear. Prime spots are located back by the picnic tables.If you don't preorder and walk up you will need to be there at noon if you want BBQ before sell out.I did a walk up visit on Saturday Apr 6 for brisket and pulled pork and returned Apr 7 Sunday for ribs, pork belly and turkey. The ribs are spare vs baby back so plenty of meat and finished with a rub. All meats are fork tender.My preference for pulled pork is Carolina style referred to as just BBQ in the Carolinas. Served family style in a bowl with finishing sauce choices of mustard or apple cider vinegar available if desired. Ben's serves his pulled pork chopped and lightly sauced, all good but not my preference. Ben would most likely indulge Carolina BBQ presentation if requested.Ben's is a BBQ shack but has picnic tables out back if you wish to eat while there.If you don't visit Ben's BBQ Shack you don't know what you missing and if you wait until next weekend you will only be a week older when you do.Parking: Parking in old downtown Westfield is dear.Arrived early at Ben's and park back by the picnic tables“
“I drive by this food truck literally multiple times each day as my office is nearby. I keep intending to try it and have not made the time….until now. I ordered carry out via the website (which was a great experience by the way) and omg it was absolutely delicious! I am half Assyrian, so I’ve enjoyed a lot of Middle Eastern food throughout my life. Davani Armenian BBQ is the real deal! Everything tasted as authentic as if a relative or family friend prepared and grilled it from scratch. The beef lulu kabob wrap was incredible…the meat was moist and flavorful, the lavosh wrap was still warm from the grill, and the owner (who was so friendly and kind) was able to provide me the sauce, cilantro & onion, and tomato toppings on the side as I requested. All of it was **so good**! I also ordered the hummus & pita —both of which were quite tasty as well. I highly recommend this food truck to everyone who appreciates authentic, freshly prepared food! “This was my 2nd time coming to this place and I was expecting the same great BBQ rib tips with sweet sauce but when I received the rib tips..it tasted almost like they were boiled, tough, and very gummy..maybe it was just a early batch and they needed to sell immediately or maybe it was just one of those days but I plan coming back because I am still looking to have that same experience the first time. Also I wonder if such request for getting rib tips with more bark is possible because that’s what got me coming back again lol. But overall this place is great!“
“I got married here in October 2023 and this was sucha great venue. You food, space, bartenders and staff made everything go easy and fun that day. You guys will always have a special place in my heart.But as for the rest. side, the brisket grilled cheese is my favorite sandwich ever sometimes I just find myself thinking abt it randomly.“
“Man Big Walt’s has had me in a chokehold for months! It’s just great every time. A two man team (generally) pumping out hot fresh food! I love the pork chop sandwich and the cheeseburger. If you have a big appetite you might get the Big Walt on Texas toast, it’s 2 hand patted seasoned patties with your choice of toppings. Wait is generally 20 mins or less! Love yo go when they open, I’m in and out!“
“I lived in LA for 5+ years and frequented several Pho spots, but this- Eating Fresh is TOP - TIER! Just like Samantha’s superb customer service! I ordered via Uber the seafood pho and grilled beef spring rolls last week. And today, 3 days later, I just ordered the chicken pho. Thank you for great Vietnamese food! “The restaurant is an odd place…it’s an Asian bbq fusion restaurant and it’s pirate themed inside lol. I’m not sure what kind of vibe this restaurant is going for… This is something I can overlook if the food is good, and since the food was excellent, I overlooked this oddity!I got “the amendment” which is a bed of rice topped with veggies, beef brisket and teriyaki sauce. It was delicious! All of the employees were nice, which made for a great dining experience!“
“Tried this place because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. Being a Chicago fan and going to Chicago for beef sandwiches I won't have to do that anymore. Their beef sandwiches rank up there with some of the best Chicago beef places. Once we got our drinks the food came out quick. I will definitely be back with the my wife for date night to try those wings.“
“We’ve been here a few times and it’s always been great. Today we went and had the sweetest waitress. She helped cook the food so we could focus on eating a spending time with our family. She made good conversation with us. I had made a comment to my daughter about how I miss the homemade kimchi that my auntie used to make, the waitress went to the back and brought me out some more kimchi and said that it was homemade here too. She was very helpful to my kids and any questions they had about the different sides. We went on a Wednesday night around 5, so it wasn’t too busy. The food is always great here and my favorite part is all the sides. They do add 18% gratuity to any bill with the all you can eat, it does state it on the menu so it’s not a surprise. Overall this is my favorite Korean restaurant in Indiana.“

“I was meeting some coworkers for dinner, something we had planned in advanced and were COUNTING down the days to when we could have Texas Roadhouse. We talked many times throughout the week about how we couldn’t wait for the rolls and how we love everything TRoadhouse.The Friday came (April 19), and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. Morgan was our server, and she absolutely went WAY above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time. She let us spew out our drink orders/food orders in excitement as we apologized for moving too fast and excitedly because we knew for days what we were going to order. Mainly the rolls and she kept our baskets full without having to ask. She was friendly and personable and attentive, the exact waitress we needed to top our evening off to being such a great Texas Roadhouse experience. She really was the highlight of our night (aside from the rolls…). Thank you so much, Morgan for entertaining our annoyances and being so great!! You really are the best!“
