But look across the street from the fire station. We saw they were having prime rib last Friday and decided to give it a try. The meat was smoked and had excellent flavor (if you like prime rib and smokey flavor - and we do). The people were very friendly and took time to explain the process to first timers. The schedule for last month was: 1st Friday...Baby Back Ribs 2nd Friday...........Party Wings 3rd Friday.Tri-Tip Roast/Sandwiches 4th Friday......Burgers & Brats 5th Friday......Prime Rib Can't wait to see what's next.
