There's always a long line here and half of the time they give out the wrong drink. I usually only order one drink when I come in and they never have it ready by the time I get to the window even though I've been in line for over 10 sometimes 20 minutes. And there's been a couple of times where the drink is made entirely wrong. I'd recommend going to the Starbucks in monster in Calumet it's way better and the people there actually know how to do their job.
Ordered a peppermint mocha and they give me a bland latte no flavor no hot chocolate. There's been a few times where they give great service but recently they just don't get it right.

Only giving 2 stars because at least my tea turned out ok. Twice I have ordered drinks from this location that taste NOTHING like it should. 1st time was a caramel latte that didn't taste like it had any caramel at all. This time a pistachio latte with the same issue. Just tastes like a plain latte, no pistachio flavor at all.
