“Just bought a meal replacement protein shake from Jeff City Mix off Tenth Street in Jeffersonville, IN. I got the thin mint with an extra shot of creatine.

My favorite part is that the shake tastes like a milkshake w/o the sugar and gross feeling, and it doesn’t have that distinct protein shake chalky consistency. It’s so good and I’ll be trying more flavors in the future.”

“We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.”

“My wife Brittany and I stopped in on May 10. The restaurant was packed with only a few seats at the bar. It looked like the hot spot for pre prom dinner. The waitresses were working their tails off trying to keep up and we were very patient. Boy did that patience pay off. Sarah was finally able to ask what drinks we would like. I teased her that water would be great if we ever get it. lol. Sarah immediately new we were kidding and fired back with a little sarcasm of her own. She was wonderful the entire. Sarah brought our bread out. It was very good, but the sauce for dipping was the highlite. Sarah made some recommendations, as we were first time diners. I had chicken parm and my wife ordered eggplant parm. We loved both dishes. Great attention to detail was taken in preparation and appearance. It looked better than any food I have ever seen pictured in a menu, and tasted even better. We followed dinner with chocolate cake and a raspberry sauce that still makes our mouths water. It was so food, we ordered more to take back to the hotel. I would say it is the best little spot in New Albany! Sarah's service and playful personality was the best part of our evening. The food was a very close second. BOTH were INCREDIBLE!!! Hope to make it in again sometime for more great company and good food! Shannon and Brittany”

“the store itself was a good store, my wife and i got the biscotti tres leches cake but we weren’t really happy with it this go around. it’s our favorite & one we always make sure to get but this time it didn’t have any moisture inside the cake, it was VERY dry. The only thing that had any moisture was the icing…. not the best trip treat wise but the store staff was really kind. I’ll be back just from staff experience.”

“I love Wild Eggs and my go to server at the Jeffersonville location! Sadly, I was disappointed for the first time today due to the lack of cleanliness of the booth we were seated at. There are A LOT of old food pieces and crumbs all around the seat between the vinyl and wood. Even our host noticed it and attempted to clean up with a well-used bar mop towel. Needless to say, I immediately washed my legs and changed shorts when I got home after sitting on all that. These restaurants need to stop cutting servers and igniting safe sanitation practices to save a buck! Pay your team a true wage to clean. Thank you!”

“This is the BEST Mexican restaurant in the region! Generous portions, fair prices and authentic choices that cater to a wide array of palates. Have gone here for several years now and never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and expeditious. Recently had a carne asada torta and tried their pozole rojo. The torta was massive and properly assembled. The steak was perfectly seasoned and grilled as always. Only regret not having gotten a lengua torta. Found out after ordering they recently put lengua back in rotation. The pozole was rich, flavorful and full of large cuts of tender pork. Enough for at least two meals worth. If you’ve never been, what are you waiting for?? Give this place a try”

“it's pretty much the best community driven thing since ever. the super dope friendly regulars come, well, regularly, and the trolls who try to ruin it for everyone realize no one wants them here so they don't come back. it's this vicious cycle of good vibes feeding into themselves that has created this incredible community. the alcovians are we like to call ourselves. if you're like me and not usually social, check out the karaoke bar next door first and loosen up there and then migrate on over to alcove when you feel more comfortable! don't even get me started on the food. papu chos is THE BEST food I've had in my life. TLDR just go to alcove already”

“usually when I come to this Wingstop the food is amazing the service is amazing I never have any issues but on Friday July 17th at 12:30 a.m. I came in got my food the food is great but when I go to get my fountain drink every soda in the machine is hot and flat no carbonation when I said something to them the manager acted like he had a problem came out pushed the the drink thing in and said it works I was like taste it and he just walked off another employee came out and tasted it and said yeah it didn't taste good but it was fine it was just hot I'm pretty sure fountain machines the soft drink's supposed to come out cold not hot regardless if you have ice or not they did end up giving me a 20 oz bottle out of the fridge but I had to ask for it they need to get their machine fixed”

“I do NOT recommend this place. We went with a party of 15 this afternoon and had a truly disappointing, awful experience. We arrived shortly after they opened. We were the only ones on the outside patio the entire visit (just shy of 3 hours) and the inside dining room never got very busy, but you'd never guess by how terrible the service was. It took nearly 2 hours for (most of) our food to come out, and even then, several orders were wrong. Our drinks were rarely filled. Our waitress and other staff may have been stretched too thin, but did the manager ever come out to speak with us or try to make things right even once? nope! The food and beer prices are high and not worth the price. (Food arrived cool and tasted ok... not worth the prices.) No apologies were offered before we left after paying our expensive tabs. We will not be back. Don't waste your time! They clearly don't care about getting return customers.”

“I was visiting my son and grandson and we went to drakes last night. I had never been before but I can’t wait to go again. First and foremost I wish I’d have gotten the name of our server. She was the best I’ve ever had! She was so kind and attentive and I hope management will recognize her for the gem she is! The food was amazing as well! I ordered the tempura shrimp and it was delicious! I also ordered the crab rangoon roll and it was so good! My whole family loved everything they ordered! “I have eaten Krispy Krunchy Chicken at many locations in the south. These franchises are usually located inside gas convenience stores. They are all the same, but operate at different times. This is the best fried chicken no one has ever heard of according to another website. This is truly the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. Even cold out of the refrigerator, it is fantastic. But it is best when freshly cook or warmed in oven.”

“I've been to Culver's 3 times in my life, and 2 of them was this location....there are differences in locations for real. This location has been WAY BETTER than I thought it would be both times. I'll leave this review based on my most recent visit. I had always wanted to try the fish so I finally did and I'm glad i didnt order the 3 piece because I couldn't even finish the 2 pc meal due to all of the AWESOME fries and the 2 very large pieces of fish. The food was fantastic and my fiance has the pot roast sandwich meal and she absolutely loved it, I tasted it too and it was just like what she cooks at home, perfect. The biggest thing I noticed, other than the food, was how friendly the staff was and how much fun they had interacted with each other. They were laughing and having a good time, something you don't see at ANY fast food place. They must enjoy their jobs. Also, the fried pickles were amazing. The $39 price tag was steep but since the 2 basically had 2 meals out of one meal, I'd be more than happy to spend $39 at Culver's than $5 at McDonald's. We'll be back for sure.”

“I love both Pizza King locations, but I do prefer the Jeffersonville location. It's smaller, usually less crowded since it doesn't have a train side, and the staff is very friendly. I love their pizza, it's my favorite place to eat! The only downside is the fact they are closed on Mondays.”
