Have gone here for several years now and never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and expeditious. Recently had a carne asada torta and tried their pozole rojo. The torta was massive and properly assembled. The steak was perfectly seasoned and grilled as always. Only regret not having gotten a lengua torta. Found out after ordering they recently put lengua back in rotation. The pozole was rich, flavorful and full of large cuts of tender pork. Enough for at least two meals worth. If you’ve never been, what are you waiting for?? Give this place a try”

“I love Wild Eggs and my go to server at the Jeffersonville location! Sadly, I was disappointed for the first time today due to the lack of cleanliness of the booth we were seated at. There are A LOT of old food pieces and crumbs all around the seat between the vinyl and wood. Even our host noticed it and attempted to clean up with a well-used bar mop towel. Needless to say, I immediately washed my legs and changed shorts when I got home after sitting on all that. These restaurants need to stop cutting servers and igniting safe sanitation practices to save a buck! Pay your team a true wage to clean. Thank you!”

“We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.”

“I seen new owners & not impressed with the expensive meals. the waitress spoke no English at all so couldn't even understand I said Nachos & wings smh, then as we were the only customers there our simple 3 meals took literally an hr wait before I had to ask about food, then another 30min. lunch hr so they didn't care I had to go to work. “We typically call in orders or order at the counter for takeout since they only have a couple tables to eat at. We made such a call in for a smallish order of three entrées and an appetizer on New Year’s Eve. We placed the order at 6:35 PM and was told it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. The place was packed when I got there around seven. I’ve never seen so many people in there before. I counted close to 20 customers waiting. Several of them were for DoorDash, but most others were call-ins like myself. I waited close to two hours for our order, but this is not a post complaining about the wait.

From what I could see, there were about four people in the kitchen working as fast as they possibly could to place a million orders that were coming in faster than they could keep up with, to the point where they had to shut off DoorDash orders. There was one woman handling all the people paying for the orders they placed online or over the phone named Cat. It was obviously a rough evening, but she was smiling and cracking jokes and making people smile and trying to make the best of it. She worked really hard to ensure everyone got taken care of in a timely fashion. Those of us who were waiting were mostly incredibly patient, and we even started up conversations amongst ourselves while waiting. I watched as the kitchen staff furiously prepared tons of orders, many of which had several entrees and appetizers in them only to then get a call that they were canceling their order because it took too long. It was a crazy night with not enough staff, but the ones who were there were dedicated and were working very hard to take care of everybody there.

I don’t really mind how long it took because I saw how hard they were working and I was one of many, many others who were showing kindness and patience that night. Customers were given free drinks for the long wait and discounts were given for delivery orders because of the length of time it was taking. They were doing everything they could to make it work and to keep their customers happy. After that long of a wait, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had when I finally got home.

I recommend this place not only for their food but because they are really working hard to make sure everyone is taken care of and that that’s a restaurant I want to give my business too on a regular basis and will continue to do so. Thank you, Cat! Hope you got some good tips that night.”

“We used The Copper Room at Orange Clover for a baby shower for a first time momma to be. I just cannot find the words for how wonderful the experience was. First off, the staff, absolutely phenomenal. Every single person I talked to (I’m sorry I don’t remember names, my memory is lacking currently) was so sweet and helpful. I appreciate every single one of you. Second, the food was perfect and delicious. Third, the room itself was everything I hoped it would be and more. TLDR just go to alcove already”

It took nearly 2 hours for (most of) our food to come out, and even then, several orders were wrong. Our drinks were rarely filled. Our waitress and other staff may have been stretched too thin, but did the manager ever come out to speak with us or try to make things right even once? nope! The food and beer prices are high and not worth the price. (Food arrived cool and tasted ok... not worth the prices.) No apologies were offered before we left after paying our expensive tabs. “I had a great experience at Heine Brothers Coffee on Veterans Parkway. I ordered two Americanos and a warm lemon poppy seed muffin. The muffin was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a really long time—perfectly warm, moist, and full of flavor. The coffee was really good too. My husband is pretty picky about his coffee and prefers it strong and bold, and he really loved the Americano.

I also noticed the Black Lives Matter and “Everyone Is Welcome Here” stickers on the window. As a person of color who isn’t from the area, that meant a lot to me. It made me feel comfortable and welcomed, which I truly appreciated.

On top of all that, the staff was friendly, warm, and inviting. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again.”

“I just visited a Popeyes in Louisville Ky and was treated so inhumane! Went through drive thru to be told my order would take 10 minutes but it took 20. Instead of waiting for one of the guys to come out in the cold cold I went in and waited the last 10 minutes to witness them try to give me chicken that was already there! I demanded my money back and came to Jeffersonville In to not only be treated with dignity but also with respect.
The manager Alex understood my frustration and promised he would personally create my order for me and my family. He did just that! Thanks to Alex I still believe KFC is not the best chicken!”

“Switched from two stars to FIVE. This location has really improved and now has fast, accurate service. No longer do I have to fight to get the number of salsa packets I enjoy with my breakfast burrito when I order through the app because there is no option to purchase/pay for more, it just allows you to add more packets for free! I use five packets per burrito and it used to be absolutely miserable getting what I enjoyed whether they wanted to charge me or not. Ty for the awesome improvements!”

One of the friendliest bars I’ve been to in a long time! My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday night and were blown away by how welcoming everyone was. The band was fantastic, and the locals were incredibly kind—they even treated us to chicken wings and beer. We had such a great time that we’ve already decided we’ll be back. In fact, I think we’re ready to become regulars ourselves. I heard they have karaoke on Thursday and Friday nights, and that’s definitely next on our list to try!”

“I have eaten Krispy Krunchy Chicken at many locations in the south. These franchises are usually located inside gas convenience stores. They are all the same, but operate at different times. This is the best fried chicken no one has ever heard of according to another website. This is truly the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. Even cold out of the refrigerator, it is fantastic. But it is best when freshly cook or warmed in oven.”

“I've never had any problems with them. They're always so friendly and quick, even when they're really busy. When I do a mobile order to pick up, they always seem to have my coffee ready if not then within a few minutes of me standing there at the window.

“McDonald's is probably the best bang for the buck right now, if you take the survey on the top of the receipt You can get a buy one get one anything the morning, or any sandwich or McNuggets in the afternoons. And using the app you can get a free any size fry or the $1 purchase, sadly there is nothing on the menu for a dollar but get a soft drink for $1.49 now. But it's still about the best place for the money.
Although for your cholesterol it's probably one of the worst places to go but...

Okay it's been a while since I've given a review on McDonald's so here's my most recent review...
There's soft drinks went from a dollar to like a dollar and a half which I guess is not bad I can see most restaurants charge more but...
The prices are still way too high even though they have this new $5 and $8 meals but if you look at the size of the quantitative food there's nothing there they're large fry is now a medium fry size and the hamburgers are a little of nothing.
$2.50 for a sausage biscuit these restaurants are literally ripping us off everyday and I have so cut back on going to restaurants I really don't care if they stay open anymore I'm not paying these ridiculous prices for what little bit of food that you get nowadays.”
