“I love Wild Eggs and my go to server at the Jeffersonville location! Sadly, I was disappointed for the first time today due to the lack of cleanliness of the booth we were seated at. There are A LOT of old food pieces and crumbs all around the seat between the vinyl and wood. Even our host noticed it and attempted to clean up with a well-used bar mop towel. Needless to say, I immediately washed my legs and changed shorts when I got home after sitting on all that. These restaurants need to stop cutting servers and igniting safe sanitation practices to save a buck! Pay your team a true wage to clean. Thank you!”

“This is the BEST Mexican restaurant in the region! Generous portions, fair prices and authentic choices that cater to a wide array of palates. Have gone here for several years now and never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and expeditious. Recently had a carne asada torta and tried their pozole rojo. The torta was massive and properly assembled. The steak was perfectly seasoned and grilled as always. Only regret not having gotten a lengua torta. Found out after ordering they recently put lengua back in rotation. The pozole was rich, flavorful and full of large cuts of tender pork. Enough for at least two meals worth. If you’ve never been, what are you waiting for?? Give this place a try”

“The Red Yeti is one of our favorite restaurants, and tonight was terrific, as usual. Our server, Natalie did a wonderful job, with prompt, friendly care that was timed just right without being bothersome. Larry's brisket and side salad were delicious and filling. My hot brown was yummy, with ample fresh-tasting turkey and a wonderful sauce that pulled the other ingredients together. Of course, I took half of it home. Even so, Natalie brought us the special dessert, persimmon ice cream, with two spoons. Another great experience@ Thanks, Red Yeti@”

“Went there today for my first time very great atmosphere didn’t know what I was wanting to get or what I should get so I decide to ask an employee there what they think is a good recommendation. After a few recommendations I decided to go with something and when I did, I was not disappointed. I’m sure there is multiple other things there that are very good but all in all great experience very well ran and very respectful employees will definitely be going back and recommending it to others. They sure did brighten my evening!”

It is perfect!!The food took a bit to come out but the wait was worth it!!! The people who work there are so nice and thankful! The owner came out and thanked us too. It was just the best experience and the best food. If I'm in the area I'm going back!”

“We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.”

“it's pretty much the best community driven thing since ever. the super dope friendly regulars come, well, regularly, and the trolls who try to ruin it for everyone realize no one wants them here so they don't come back. it's this vicious cycle of good vibes feeding into themselves that has created this incredible community. the alcovians are we like to call ourselves. if you're like me and not usually social, check out the karaoke bar next door first and loosen up there and then migrate on over to alcove when you feel more comfortable! don't even get me started on the food. papu chos is THE BEST food I've had in my life. TLDR just go to alcove already”

I appreciate every single one of you. Second, the food was perfect and delicious. Third, the room itself was everything I hoped it would be and more. The team working helped us make everything absolutely perfect. I cannot imagine a better place to have an event-from the staff, the food, to the location and the service. Beyond grateful for you all! “I do NOT recommend this place. We went with a party of 15 this afternoon and had a truly disappointing, awful experience. We arrived shortly after they opened. We were the only ones on the outside patio the entire visit (just shy of 3 hours) and the inside dining room never got very busy, but you'd never guess by how terrible the service was. It took nearly 2 hours for (most of) our food to come out, and even then, several orders were wrong. Our drinks were rarely filled. Our waitress and other staff may have been stretched too thin, but did the manager ever come out to speak with us or try to make things right even once? nope! The food and beer prices are high and not worth the price. (Food arrived cool and tasted ok... not worth the prices.) No apologies were offered before we left after paying our expensive tabs. We will not be back. Don't waste your time! They clearly don't care about getting return customers.”

I don’t know his name but he was a white guy who had tattoos and a white Sox hat, and me being extremely loaded off of some fresh exotic I needed a great sandwich, and he did just that the way he crafted this masterpiece with a smile on his face I knew this was going to be the one . He went above and beyond to make this sandwich with love and care and I respect and love him for that . The exotic was winning but he helped me get back in the fight and thank you for that man really . ?”

“Switched from two stars to FIVE. This location has really improved and now has fast, accurate service. No longer do I have to fight to get the number of salsa packets I enjoy with my breakfast burrito when I order through the app because there is no option to purchase/pay for more, it just allows you to add more packets for free! I use five packets per burrito and it used to be absolutely miserable getting what I enjoyed whether they wanted to charge me or not. Ty for the awesome improvements!”
