“I was in the area and wanted breakfast. I initially went to a different restaurant, but it was crazy busy, so decided to try Missy’s. I am glad I did. They too were crazy busy, but the bar had an open spot. The young lady tending the bar seating was super nice and very attentive. The food was really good ( cheesy scramble) and the coffee was pretty good. If and when I am in the area again, I would definitely go back there to eat.“
“Cone Palace is a family favorite way back to childhood. We enjoy everything about it except the parking and drive-thru line. It stretches clear out into the road and blocks traffic.Parking: Always try to park on the side of the building where people pay at the drive-thru. It's the side closest to the gas station. That will lessen your chances of being blocked in by the drive-thru traffic waiting in line.“
“Great atmosphere, awesome staff, superb food at a fair price, cold - top shelf beverages reasonably priced! Great place to have fun, meet new and old friends and not break the bank!Parking: Ample Parking!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, availability isn't limited.“
“I went there for the first time. The fried green tomatoes were fabulous! My steak dinner was not bad but I was disappointed in how thin the sirloin was. It was overdone because of that. Overdone and a bit dry so that was disappointing. The service was good and it was nice & warm on a very rainy day. I would go back for the tomatoes again & just eat those as my entree.“
“Always a great experience at this Cracker Barrel location. We drive in from Anderson to eat here as the quality, consistency, and service has really gone downhill in Anderson. You can definitely tell that the lady running this location knows what she is doing and we will continue to come back, if anything just for the great conversation with her.“
“LaLa our server was amazing, great food great atmosphere. First time eating at this establishment, group of five of us out of town for vacation from Georgia staying in Noblesville, IN. Will definitely make this a go to place when we come to Indiana!!! It’s worth a drive from Noblesville to Kokomo even if it’s just for a family dinner!!!“
“Decent chicken. Served hot and crispy. Seasoned correctly. Cooked perfect. The Mac and cheese, however, was frig cold after a five minute drive back to the house in a heated vehicle. I suspect the dish wasn't heated prior to picking up the order.“
“Found Jamie’s Soda Fountain in the book Roadfood and discovered the owner change to Mega Js Caffe. Our breakfast food was delicious and good portions. The wait staff was very pleasant. The atmosphere was a typical diner. It was too cold to try the soda fountain so maybe next time.“
“They catered our wedding and we couldn't have been happier! they set up 100% without a word to anyone during the ceremony. the food was great and the service was amazing. I'm so glad I chose them ❤️ they went above and beyond.“
“Just visited here yesterday with the hubby, hadn't been since they were under old management. I will say the morning staff were very nice , food was hot and fresh. Nice conversation while waiting on our food . Will be visiting again. This place serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner . Only had breakfast so far . Enjoy guys !!“
“Fantastic food and service ! The waitresses are working are and delivering excellent service and the food is delicious with very generous proportions. The skillets are big enough for 2 people. Or 2 meals . Home cooked food at its finest. It was busy and for a reason !!!“
“I cannot say enough good things about this place! My grandparents used to take me here when I was barely old enough to walk (this was mid 1980’s). We would come in the south entrance to sit… because it was the smoking section!! Their chicken and noodles are AMAZING! My grandmother claimed she “helped” them doctor up the recipe to taste and look better. Although both my grandparents are no longer living, and I live 1,000 miles away, I think of this place often. I plan on taking a trip next year to good ol’ Kokomo… and I will be bringing my husband and daughter for their very first taste of Breakfast House! I cannot wait to share this amazing place with them!“
“I’m from Kokomo,I remember when these tacos were on the westside. I live in Indianapolis now and haven’t had these in over 20 years. Although it was satisfying to have the infamous tacos, the meat was season less, a bland like taste. The hot sauce helps pick up where the meat lacks…. Glad they stopped smoking in there too.“
“It's been quite a while since I ordered from here. Tonight was our third time. Each time I've been happy with our food. Prices are in line with everyone else. Tonight we ordered chicken wings, fries and a cheeseburger. My wife commented that the cheeseburger was really good. We both thought the wings were really good also but I expected them to be a little bigger. They are about the same size as B'dubs. The fries were even really good. I'd compare them to Penn Station but they were a bit soggy by the time we got home. We've never ate inside, but they do have a couple tables. Music is a bit loud to enjoy dine-in. Don't expect anything fancy at all if you dine-in.“
“The food was amazing! This was the first time we visited. We heard they were closing permanently on March 27th. This was one of my dad's favorite restaurants and he passed away recently. We wanted to honor my dad. Thank you CHOO CHOO MCGOO'“
“As good as Missy's Family Restaurant downtown, just different type food. The menu has expanded since opening and now includes quesadillas, wraps, burritos and more. Nice too have the drive through for ordering or call ahead pick up. And who doesn't want multiple flavors of ice cream to choose from year round?“
“My HR Team had our Christmas Team Dinner together at Cooper's Pub. We were in their downstairs area and it was amazing! It looked warm and welcoming...almost like a lounge. The food was absolutely amazing and very tasty. The two women taking care of our group drink/food orders AND bringing everything to us were very friendly and were super amazing, too. This place is wonderful! If you have not had the opportunity to visit here, I HIGHLY recommend that you do. This is not a chain, but a gem of a place owned by local people who gave this place a lot of character and paid close attention to details to make a restaurant more of an experience for good food rather than a place to go to eat. Thank you Cooper's Pub for a wonderful night!Parking: Super easy to find parking. Well lit streets, safe, and secure.“
“It's really good. If you likea good tenderloin, this is the place. They've got a king tenderloin that's like 12" or maybe bigger. It's awesome, and I hit it once-but it's a lot.As for the normal size sandwiches? Fire. Really good. It was worth my time.“
“This is a no frills corner cafe. 7 booths and 3 barstools. I had the breaded tenderloin and it was amazing. The atmosphere is slow paced, but the food came out quick and proper temperature. This was the most relaxing lunch I’ve had in a long time.“
