I went for the March special teriyaki pineapple burger, and it was so tasty, fresh and juicy. My husband had bru burger. The other day we had salads, I chosen Valencia. It was so delicious. “i will start out by saying this is still my favorite location! everyone was super sweet and helpful but i placed a pickup order which included mac & cheese and 4 pickle spears with my sandwiches. i did not receive the mac & cheese or the pickles. also, i placed for pickup online and was told it would be ready at 8:30. i came in right at 8:30 and was told my ticket was printed out but my order wasn't made so i didn't actually get my food until around 8:45. when i called to let them know the lady who answered was very sweet and remorseful which was nice but she wasn't really able to do anything about it, which is fine! it was close to closing time so i definitely understand trying to close with everything else going on!“

“Friday after Thanksgiving I went to this Panera and had the best experience. I was in the drive through and my sandwich didnt get put in the bag which I usually check but did not this time. I went back to get it (feeling a little annoyed and hungry). The manager went over and above to make it right. He provided excellent customer service. I would hire him 10 times over. I wish I had gotten his name but it was around 630pm on Friday the 24th. Thank you to him for showing care in his work which is extremely rare nowadays.“

“Fast cheap clean and easy. Flight was delayed and restaurants were closed. I had a Baja chicken wrap and ate it so fast I didn’t take a picture and this salad. Containers are nice and sealed well. It was difficult for me to find eating utensils but a reviewer said to find it right by on the side of the machine? so I finally was able to eat in peace ☺️“
