“If you're looking for great bbq in Mooresville, drive past the other bbq joint on 67. Three minutes away is one of the best hole in the wall restaurants I've been to in a long time. Super friendly service. Ordered for carry out on the way home. It's not on the menu the menu but they do offer meats by the pound which is what we ordered. Got ribs and brisket with baked beans, spicy slaw, and jalapeño cornbread. Got an appetizer of pickle fries as well. The pickle fries were awesome. Crispy and golden brown. The sauce that comes with it is a sweeter sauce, almost like a honey mustard and the sweet sauce mixed together. Ribs were tender and fell off the bone. The rub on the ribs had a nice pepper spice to it. Paired really well with their "not hot" sauce. Brisket was super tender and pulled apart easily. Their "hot" sauce was really good with the brisket. The interior of this place is rustic and just what you'd expect from a bbq joint. Only issue I had was I hadn't heard of this place before and hadn't tried it yet. Definitely will return!!“
“Best BBQ in town. Love that they have good cold slaw for their N.C. style pulled pork Sammie. Only thing I wish was that they shred the pork a little smaller, big chunks made it a bit hard to eat.Parking: Handicap spaces are in front of business. Unlike some of the recent restaurants we have been to.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs.“
“If you love BBQ This is the place to go, I ordered Full rack of ribs and as usual they are amazing. This is the best place for BBQ in my opinion. The meat falls right off the bone and is nice and tender, I’ve had their pulled pork and brisket and both of those was amazing as well. They actually do slow cook their meats and it shows, best tasting ribs I’ve ever had. I never thought I’d find better ribs until it ordered some from Smokey Bones. Nice atmosphere as well.“

“In town for a night on a work trip and stopped in at 9pm for a late dinner. It was a great decision and hope to come back again if I ever find myself in Indianapolis again. If not just to have a drink and play some pool.Chipotle Bricket Sandwich was great. Waitress mentioned it was a new item but the idea was definitely in someones head for a while. Smoked brisket sausage, pulled pork, bacon, cheese and honey chipotle sauce on a pressed sandwich. Delicious and a great way to end my night. Went down great with a Modelo on draft which was another blessing in itself.10/10 would recommend and have already recommended it to anyone if they find themselves in the area. “I have driven by 1,000 times in 30 years. Finally met a friend there as we are both retired. It looks rundown because it is. However, it was a great value with mostly good food. The Tuesday Turkey leg was outstanding with no sauce. Maybe the best I've had. My buddy said the tips were too chewy and I agree after one bite. However, the amount of food was a lot. Serving plain sliced bread with no condiments seems a bit cheap, but I was full and didn't care. The small dining room is cluttered and in need of a good rehab. The service was excellent, I would return.“
“My husband and I stayed at the Belterra early Feb. 21 before Valentines rush. After we had played all the slots we wanted, we were hungry and found the cute sports bar on our way back to our room. Seating was spaced wide and I felt very safe. We split the huge Caesar Salad, I mean huge and so yummy. And we also got an order of chicken Quesadilla, which had lots of different veggies on it too-yum! I loved my Pina Colada, which is what I normally get while I do slots, but since there is no drinking at slots right now, I had to wait. Overall, very impressed how clean and fun it was, in addition to filled our bellies with good and fairly healthy food. The prices I was amazed at for the quality of food. 5.75 for a huge Caesar and only 5.00 for a pina colada?? wow.“
“Special thank you to Jeff and his staff for their wonderful job setting up their banquet room for a memorial service. The decor was perfect for the large turn out. The set up was beautiful and the banquet food and drink services were perfect. The food was well laid out in warming trays of pulled pork sandwiches, fired ribs and the sauces were excellent. Chips, bread, and plenty of pitchers of soda, water, & ice tea While this was a sad occasion, we very much appreciated the ease for so many to come in to eat, drink, and just sit around tables to visit at this celebration of life. “I’ve ordered food from Fatmans on a few occasions. I’ve never been disappointed. Today I decided to stop in for lunch, and once again I was satisfied. Their Turkey tips are really good, very flavorful. I got Mac n cheese and greens as well, which both have a good homemade taste. Staff was very friendly, good vibes.“
“Overall a good experience, the hostess was mia when we got there and we almost left. But then she came in and showed us to our seat. The food was very good. I can only recommend the salmon and NY strip! The mozarella sticks and tater skins were delicious as well! Server was spot on and kept the drinks coming.“
