“My friends and I were in town for a paintball tournament and ended up getting to the restaurant shortly before closing. The wait staff were very courteous and welcoming despite our poor timing, and with them right off of a crazy dinner rush as well. The reception, the waiter, the live musician, everyone was on the top of their game in setting the ambiance as a warm and classy establishment. The kitchen clearly takes pride in their work as well, as everything was delicious. Even the plating was gorgeous! I have to give a shoutout to the Southern Surf and Turf dish: the sauted veggies and garnish they used on that was insanely good, and it really made the steak pop in a one-of-a-kind way. When they placed our steaks on the table, the aroma from my plate had the whole table looking jealous. Finally, the chef is extremely friendly! He was walking the floor to make sure everyone was enjoying their meals and to chat with the patrons. He's a really cool guy and you can see his passion for his craft. We may be out-of-towners, but we're marking this as a spot to return if we pass by again. If you're traveling in town to play paintball or fish the lake, make sure to pack some decent clothes and swing on by this place.“

“Was just here for a family lunch. The food is excellent. Decent variety of dish choices and the portions are perfect. It's a little dim inside / a little loud from the TVs so if you're there to chat I'd get like a booth or window seat. 10/10 would recommend coming here.“

“We had a 50th Anniversary celebration here 5-4-24. We cannot say enough about how wonderful this restaurant is. The staff is exceptional, the room was beautiful, the food was delicious, every plate a picture that tasted as good as it looked. Everything was served at the same time and hot. From our fist inquiring to the last guest leaving they treated us like royalty and everyone felt very special. We can't thank them enough! We will be back!“

“It was my first time here. It was about a 5-minute wait to get seated.I had water and menus in a few minutes and within 10 minutes of arriving my order was taken. The establishment was full and had multiple tables of seven or more people.I would say it was only about 15 minutes from the time I got my order into the time I got my food. The wait staff was excellent and so was the food.Highly recommend this place.Dietary restrictions: There are multiple choices on the menu for people who have restrictionsParking: Multiple spots Big parking lotKid-friendliness: There are lots of kids having breakfast and it was family friendlyWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp out of the parking lot that goes right to the front door.“

“I feel like I always forget about this place. And then when I go I wonder why it's been so long. The purchase really good and everything else. But I have gotten the purge at least five times now.Parking: On the weekends that area can get pretty busy. You will find a spot but you may have to circle the lot or tame a small stroll.“

“Haven't been there in years. Decided to go there this evening for St. Patrick's Day. All I can say is that there was no room for disappointment. The food was great and their staff was great as well. Not one ounce of disappointment. I've heard of their great reviews and I have to agree with every one of them. We will certainly be going back. BTW, the atmosphere was great as well!“

“Morning/afternoon cashier is very thorough and prompt with taking my order and even tosses out the offer to include a cheese cup for my fries. I always forget to order it and she reminds me all the time. Great worker great services. Even works on her day off. Very reliable and dedicated. Good job! Food is always good as well.“

“Vegetarian options: As a long-term vegetarian, I’ve sampled many veggie patties over the years. The veggie patty at this Schoops location is AMAZING! The best I’ve had in a long time. Beware, each NWI location has a different veggie option-the one at this location is the best by far!“
“been going there for years. prices slightly on the high end. that being said...the place is impeccable. it's neat, clean, organized. Rob's seafood is always the freshest. I've always had a positive experience shopping there. In fact I usually look forward to it!“

“1st time here, so kinda limited in what we tried from the menu. Great pizza! The crust is a bit crunchy, but soft inside. Wonderful!! The toppings were nice and fresh and plentiful. A good amount of cheese on the pizza too. Not skimpy, but not overwhelming either, just right. Also tried the Spinach Galette, which was awesome!!! and the onion rings are good, but the onions themselves (inside the onion rings) were a bit tough to bite through. Good flavor and crunch on the breading though.2 kinds of Italian sausage ( 1 mild, the other slightly spicy), but with big containers of crushed red pepper on the table, a bit more heat is never TOO far away!Vegetarian options: Like most pizza joints, options for vegetarians are plentiful!!!!!“

“This place is pretty cute and we thought we'd splurge a little on a nice meal and drinks while traveling cross country. We were seated outside and realized it would be too loud with the traffic, train and people seated on either side of us so asked to be re-seated inside. We did tell the server why we would like to be moved. We got a cute table inside but then the waitress seated 8 women who were obviously celebrating something directly next to us which made it impossible to carry on a conversation. We ended up only ordering a charcuterie board (which was excellent). We would have loved to ordered meals and enjoyed the stay but the noise level was incredible. I guess my complaint is with the accoustics. With the combination of the high ceilings and being seated between the window and a row of loud, raucous other diners we were not able to enjoy our evening. My cocktail was beautiful and tasted okay. Not sure if it had a full shot of alcohol.Again- the mediteranean charcuterie board was excellent.“

“Great food! Just strange situation. The 9pm time google has listed is incorrect. Was told when I called in at 8pm that the kitchen is probably closed for a sesame chicken to-go order . The hostess came back and asked if that’s all it would be. I said yes, just that one entree with a side of spinach. Apparently the spinach tipped the scale bc I was told they couldn’t do my order ?“

“It's getting a little dated in terms of decor but the food was good and the service was nice. The blooming onion could have been cooked a little bit more or rather the Texas blossom but overall I was quite happy with what I had.Wheelchair accessibility: There's only 2 handicap spots but it's not too hard to get in. There's a ramp, double doors &even flooring“

“Nice clean location, and pleasant people. Not sure what the corned beef is used in the skillet. I remember years ago being fresh, corned beef. Real stuff. This was strange. Didn't eat it, didn't complain but be advised. I'll stick with basics next time.“
