“Service: 2/5 The server took awhile to greet us and get our order in. The restaurant worked as a team which I love to see, but I think the team members helped us more than our server did. We ran out of water and she passed by our table many times and did not get us more - we had to ask for more. Note: all coffee and water is self serve. Ambiance: 3/5 I am in LOVE with the aesthetic here. Very cozy. However this building is SMALL and I felt very crammed. If the person behind you scoots their chair back, good luck getting up and through the place without bumping into a few people. While we waited to get sat, there were no booths or chairs we could sit in during the wait. We stood there for 40 minutes. Also, the silverware and plates were cute and fitting! Food: 5/5 The food was delicious and what brought the overall rating up a notch. The cinnamon toast was sweet and sugary. The granola had the perfect crunch and the fruit was so fresh! Chai latte was authentic, but it wasn't strong in flavor. The cost of the food was relatively cheap. $7 for granola, $5 for cinnamon toast. I will come back again! Hoping to see some improvements during my next visit. Today was busy, and that could've affected my experience by a lot. Restaurants all have good days and bad days and room to improve. Just a lot here!“
“We wanted some dessert in the Indianapolis area. After checking out options near our hotel we found Homemade Ice Cream & Bakery Cafe. We're glad we did. The staff was super friendly and the desserts were amazing. The restaurant was very clean as well.“
“Multiple people have recommended this place to us while we were visiting Indy! Very cute brunch vibes! Cinnamon Roll -- hard to explain but the roll part is kindof bready which is different from the typical texture of cinnamon rolls. It went perfectly with the frosting which tasted amazing! Huevos Rancheros -- thought this was pretty average, it's what's you'd expect. I personally wouldn't get this next time, the flavors was just okay. Breakfast Burrito -- I loved this one!! The inside of the burrito is packed and gooey, every bite makes you feel warm inside. If I came back I would order this again!!“

Appreciated you serving us a little early so we weren’t late to our volunteer shifts. And our young servers were exceptional. My daughter is now a huge fan of your coffee house. “I absolutely loved this place! They have a great outdoor patio! They have a full coffee bar ! It sucks that Starbucks doesn’t have a vegan PSL. But do you know who does? Soulshine Cafe!!! With vegan whipped cream!!! The food was hearty and filling even though the portions seemed small. I got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I thought the egg was a little tough to eat but the sausage and biscuit was sooo good I didn’t even mind. I got a side of gravy to dip everything into ! I also got a side of their loaded Mac and to be completely honest I kept getting anxious because none of it tasted like it was vegan ! The wait times for food can be a little long but I found out today it was one of their busiest days ever!!! Broad Ripple isn’t super close to me but I hope I can come back more often !!! “Visited LA Cafe on a busy Saturday night with a reservation. Other than parking being a huge challenge as the restaurant is located in Whitestown where no parking exists, the experience at the restaurant was nothing but flawless. Food was all prepared well. From the robs to the Prime Rib special all of our tables food came out exceeding expectations. Very casual atmosphere and comfortable setting. LA Cafe's varied menu is an excellent alternative to the chain restaurants to the south off the interstate. Well worth the slightly extra time needed to land a parking spot!“

“We've been loyal to this First Watch for a couple of years. The food is always great, as are most of the staff. However, today we came in at about 2:15 and were told to order quickly because the kitchen closes at 2:30. That is the time posted for the restaurant to close. I have never been rushed to order at a restaurant because closing time is when the doors close and they stop letting diners in, not when the staff stop working. It's hard for me to recommend against going here, but that is bad business.“

This location is no exception.We came on a Saturday at around 10:45 and they were pretty busy but thankfully there was at least one open table for us. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.I went for The Omelette You Can’t Refuse with a side of cinnamon toast. Definitely one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. “What a tremendous value eating here for lunch is here as part of Ivy Tech's Culinary Training Program. For $20 per person, you get a 3-course meal of appetizer, entree and dessert. There are several choices for the first two courses and usually one or two items for dessert. Beer is as inexpensive as $2 and glasses of wine for $8 per glass or $15 for a bottle. Students are learning to run a restaurant from all aspects including the hostess station, servers, manager and cooks. Tables are set with white table clothes with nice plates and silverware. It's a very nice venue which decades ago was a Marriott Hotel restaurant. It's on the top penthouse floor with great views of the city from 3 sides. Very enjoyable.“
“You get much more than just popcorn. It’s a very cool atmosphere that enhances an experience. We recently visited for a friend’s baby shower event and the host was so kind. The venue itself is very clean. The catered food was great. They even add in it’s a girl or boy popcorn if that’s what you’re looking for. They provide all the decor and this venue is a one stop shop. The couple’s family spoke very highly of their experience in planning as well. Would highly recommend an event here as you get more than just a space that you have to DIY or pay added fees to decorate.“
“Great dive bar with good food. After reading the reviews I expected some magical meal here, but it was just good. Nothing special unfortunately. We had the everything pizza, burger, and two other sandwiches. All fairly good. Loved the dive bar atmosphere, complete with cigarette smoke. Hard to find a smoking bar, especially one that serves good food. Young lady was our server and was great. I would recommend it if you like this kind of place, like I do.“

We had the fondue app, and I had the goat cheese with (perfectly thin) apple slices and pistachios and honey, and it was served with something like apple butter. It was delicious, and now I'm potentially going to have to work the recipe out for home use. There was no cola-type beverage, save for bottled Mexican Coke. Made for an easy choice, and the server brought out a carafe of cool water for us.The servers were lovely, the space was calm...it truly was my idea of a perfect evening out.Oh, except the booths. Boy, were they hard! “1) Some of the best coffee in Indianapolis. 2) Definitely the best quiche I ever bought-- and we've tried a bunch, and it's better than some of the quiches we've made at home. This is our go-to place for coffee in Indianapolis. We very much like the people and enjoy hanging out on the porch with coffee. It's a nice location right on the Monon. The indoor dining area was open as of late December 2023, and I enjoyed an espresso indoors and meeting somebody who was staying at the Broad Ripple Hotel.“

“I alternate between this Target and the Carmel West location on Michigan Road. The Michigan West location still strikes me as larger and more up-to-date, especially with the home decor section. That said, I still think this Target location is solid. I recently did an curbside pickup order and realized later while I was still out running errands that I was missing a few items. I went back to Target and they were able to locate the missing bag. If not, they were willing to go grab the items from the shelves and bring them to me at the front.“
