We were in town for a short 5 night stay to watch our grandchildren while our son and Dil had taken a birthday trip to Austin, Texas.During their absence, we pulled together a surprise Austin Texas birthday party. Thanks to Jim & Kristy at Vanilla Bean for creating this master piece of a cake! It is exactly as I had imagined and more.The craftsmanship was on point! The customer service was over the top. It was a very pleasant experience with nice people. We highly recommend Jim & Kristy and truly truly appreciate them being there at the right time.Our Dil was soooo surprise, not so much for the party, because the grandkids gave it up as soon as they got home. But... she had no idea what the cake looked like.When she saw the cake she couldn't take her eyes off of it. Taking pictures at every turn. “We used Confectioneiress for our dessert table at our wedding this past weekend and our guests absolutely raved about the sweet treats! The order form online was very easy to use and I received a follow up email about my order within 2 business days. They easily accommodated my order that was partially gluten free and everything was absolutely delicious. The chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes were a fan favorite and is my favorite as well! The quality of the desserts were amazing and the gluten free cupcakes tasted just as good! Our dessert table was completely empty by the end of the night.
