Best pizza in town. Any toppings you can think of, several sizes of pie, and pizza by the slice, "as big as your face," can have any topping. Meatball grinder sandwich is excellent. Breadstick options are good. Handful of specialty pizzas. The lunch special is recommended (slice, breadstick, soda). A few salads as well. Excellent thin crust pies. Our first visit to Lawrence and this place was recommended by a friend who is a KU alumni. Loved the thin crust and fresh ingredients. The Columbo was good but a bit heavy on the garlic. The works was fantastic but opted to do it without onions and green peppers. Lots of options on beers too was a nice bonus. If our niece decides to go here we'll definitely be back. I'm sure it's a longer wait on game nights and weekends.

We were in town for OU softball all the way from Wisconsin. We decided to try to find something to eat after the Friday 3/29 game so we drove down near the campus.
