“We ordered a large order of gizzards, a slab of ribs, and Mac & Cheese. The gizzards had a lot of flavor and they were super soft. I like mine to be chewy and I like the crunch of the breading. These aren't that. Now I'm not saying they didn't taste good because they did just not the way we like them. The Mac and Cheese was really good just wish I had gotten more of it. The ribs are smoked and tasty. They aren't pre-sauced which is also not something I'm not used to. I would normally smoke mine and take them off the grill and then sauce them but maybe thats because they have different sauces. The flavor was good. I did peel the meat off the bone and then dip into the sauce. They also have a spicy sauce which I didnt try. Overall not a bad experience. I will be back to try the catfish and fried chicken. Will update with another review once I do. I spent more than I had planned to next time a half slab would be plenty for two of us.“
