“I don’t want to say I don’t recommend, because I do love the food, but ever since the renovation we’ve never had a correct order. The mess ups have ranged from no sides being added to the kids meals, zero sauces added that were requested, missing fries and today missing sauces, wasn’t given one of the kids ice creams, and the wrong side being added to the kods meals. I try to spot check the best I can when we get our order, but it’s just impossible. I think the renovation only provides more bodies in the drive though area this causing a lot of confusion.“
“The restaurant itself is clean and well kept. Service was good and the young man at the counter did well in letting me know the status of my food. They forgot my sauces so I had to go back but that was the only issue and that's minor so I wouldn't even call it an issue. The food was good, the sandwich was fresh and great.Parking: There are parking spots for online orders up to the front. “We visit this restaurant fairly often and every time we have been there we have been treated to the most fantastic fried chicken, baked beans, and coleslaw by some of the most friendly and efficient people we have encountered in the restaurant business. “Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! “My first time trying Slim Chickens and I will be back. Got the wrap (partly because it looked on the small side with 2 tendrrs inside yet got 3 tenders) with mac n cheese (very cheesy, yum). Only disappointment was no okra like pictured in the menu.“
“We were in the KC area from out of town for a 4d sonogram and they sent us to Strips for lunch. I happy very happy that we took their advice.The chicken was fantastic. I ordered the hot and honey chicken sandwich. There was nothing hot nor honey about it, but it was still so good. The chicken was tender and juicy.My wife got the chicken nuggets, they were fresh cut chicken breast, not the processed shapped crude you get everywhere else.Tons of sauce choices, I need to get my hands on a gallon of their secret sauce!The Mac and cheese was steller, they had a cheese drenched burger on their menu that I am going to need in my life soon.The coleslaw was so good I had to get more orders to go for my wife to eat later in the night.The restraunt was clean and staff very friendly.If you don't try this place at least once, you are doing yourself a disservice.“
