“It's hard to compete in the crowded Tex Mex dining market. Shoot, my personal favorite MI Ranchito is right up the street from this Tacos & Tequila.But T&T does a few things to distinguish itself. My daughter's spicy margarita was very tasty and my Pollo Con Chorizo was quite unique with tasty browned chorizo served on flattened grilled chicken and queso.I don't see T&T supplanting my favorite Tex Mex joints, but it is unique enough to warrant a try.“

“We met some friends there who had been there previously and recommended it. The food was pretty good, but because the walls are ceramic tile and the floor is concrete the place is very noisy. There were some children in there that were pretty loud and their voices echoed. So we didn't like that, but the food was good and we enjoyed that along with seeing friends that we hadn't seen in a while. My wife had three different tacos, one of which was the avocado and it was really good. I had the surf and turf burrito with rice and it was one of the better ones I've had in Kansas City. Not sure we'll be back just because the noise. The outside ordering window is unique and if it would've been a little warmer, we would've sat outside and it would've been just fine. I will say that the staff was VERY friendly and VERY helpful.“
“We LOVE Tacos 4 Life. We mostly enjoy the service and atmosphere. There's a popular fast food chicken place that people love (us included), but it's likely the customer service, atmosphere, and high standards that make them preferred over other fast food places.... well, that's how I feel about T4L. Yes, you might be able to get great tacos or tex mex at other places, but you will get Fabulous customer service, and feel great behind the global mission of ending world hunger by spending your money at T4L. Oh yeah, they have a drive-thru too!“

“Ordered a mix of ramens, rice bowls, salad. Everything was overly salty, “even for me” said my wife who is known to love very salty. I realized I was wanting the lighter and fresher flavors of pho with fresh greens. Not sure what to say but maybe less salt and more veggies.Parking: Strip mall, lots of free parking.“

I tried the Baja shrimp burrito, and it was okay, but it probably would have been better as a bowl or tacos. You just omit the meat.Dietary restrictions: This place is full of healthy food and you can take anything off if you need to.“

Service is friendly and fast.Parking: The parking lot is shared with several businesses including a nearby Starbucks. I have not experienced trouble finding a spot to park during the week for lunch, but it can fill up.“
“This is our favorite taco place! The food is delicious and I can get beef cheek here. I placed a carry out order and service was prompt and courteous. They made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I cannot say enough good things about Taqueria La Nueva!! Love this place ♥️“
