“I’ve been going for years and have never written a review for this place, guess today is the second best day too. Let me tell you, this place - you will never be able to taste most, if any other, Chinese/Vietnamese cuisine places the same again. First of all, you’re getting the real deal, Happy (Who is a wonderful cook and woman.) knows what’s she’s cooking and how to do it right. When your food is done. ITS DONE. And you’ll get it straight from kitchen to table. What you’ll be getting is an authentic home-made dish. You’re basically having dinner at grandma’s if Happy was your Grandma. Then there’s Hank, the sweetest, friendliest, and most sociable person I’ve met. He helps cook and such for sure, but when he starts talking to you, you’ll be enjoying a conversation for a good minute or two and he’ll make sure you’re experience is as good as the food. Don’t let the place fool you on looks, you might think a place needs to look fancy or such to be good, but that is far from true. What you’re seeing is a local couple dedicated to their business and food, who are giving you the real deal compared to places like Panda Express or Lotus, which I can barely enjoy anymore, because of Hank and Happy. Like I’ve said, when I walk in there and the first thing I hear is “Hey Buddy! Long time, no see!” I’m ready to spend my time and money there, and catch up with them on life. I don’t think they ever really know my name, but I’m happy to just be known as “Buddy”. 10/10 would recommend, and I refuse to accept there’s any other better Chinese/Vietnamese alternatives in the SEK area.”

“I love The Mall Deli. I go there quite often with my husband, mom and sister. My mom always gets their chili without beans. She loves it. I have gotten it a few times with beans. It is great. The chef salad is really good also. The sandwiches are great. They are fast at seating you and taking your order. The staff is friendly. They make you feel welcome. The place is clean. You can't go wrong at The Mall Deli .... We love it !!!!”

“The staff were all very friendly and professional. The cook offered to invert the bread on my sandwich, which turned out great! Good service, the atmosphere was chill; the place wasn't packed but it wasn't dead either. The "by the game" tables are 50¢ per game, and the food and drink are reasonably priced.”

“We go to Otto’s several times a month for breakfast. Now that he serves lunch once a week, we do that, too. Food is always good. Go in expecting a good meal and friendly people and that’s what you’ll get. Five stars from us”

“This place is a whole vibe!!!! I was at the dmv and decided I needed some coffee. I looked on my gps to see what was near and decided to come here! It is awesome! The atmosphere, the music, the set up, the decor, the girls working, everything was perfect. This is a hidden gem if you aren’t from pittsburg. I ordered a hot mocha latte and it was delicious. I can’t wait to bring my husband and come back!”

“Came here for the first time because my university student daughter recommended it. They were able to answer my questions about pour overs, their roasted coffees, and differences between their brewed coffees. (I went with a plain latte and am hooked with coffee that isn't basically a candy bar in a cup.)

“The drive thru workers are always very pleasant. Ordering online and have not had any mistakes or cold food. I love this starbucks. Don't order the apple croissant unless you want to get addicted.

Dietary restrictions: I love starbucks because of all their dairy free options and the customization aspect of making a drink exactly to your taste.”

Christina has great ideas for snacks/appetizers that are so much more fun than your standard party trays. Highly recommend if you want delicious food for a great value!”

I went out on a Thursday night when I was not feeling grea, just to play a little poker with some friends. Drinks were cold and the staff was kind. “One of our favorite places to eat when we are in town. So many choices for everyone on the menu. Today was a little disappointing when the bill came. We were up charged for an appetizer, the boneless wings and our Alfredo. Asked the server if the menus weren’t accurate and she told me yes, they didn’t have time to change them yet. I explained the three problems we had and she took the bill to see a manager. She came back and said the managers were busy and she just credited $3 for the Alfredo because we didn’t have the chicken. That’s great it came back to regular menu price but what about the other $6. Yes, I understand it’s only $9 but, a friendly attitude with a heads up and respect would have gone a long way. When she left our table there was no thanking us for coming or even a word. She just walked away. Maybe she was having a bad day not sure but, respect for your customers should come first. Hope the next time we are in town and eating there it’s back to normal.”
