“This was a very horrible dining experience we ordered there ribeye and added there bacon jam to steak when steak came out both were missing bacon jam the waiter took off before we could tell him finally got the bacon jam on side my steak was tasteless the salad maby had 5 sprigs of cheese on it garlic vegetables almost tasteless small portions when waiter brought our bill he held it in his hand not showing us and said I will take your payment my husband said can I see bill first lol oh ya and handed it to us 85.00 the steaks were 32 00 a piece the menu in restaurant said 27.00 and on line menu said they were 26 the waiter said inflation let me get manager who said the online menu was not there’s in one breath and in next breath said said he would let them know to change it and walked off we were from Illinois visiting ark encounter it was our anniversary so I will be sure to tell everyone in Illinois if they visit Don’t eat here and I scratched out tip on receipt I always leave an 18 to 20 percent tip but not today here’s your tip you are rude and outrageously priced”

“we had a party of 6 we called ahead and still waited 30 min then we got seated and I was atleast satisfied we could sit down then it took a hour in a half to receive our food so the manager did come over and took 40 off for the inconvenience which was appreciated however when we were able to finally eat then our food was cold and my potatoes had curdled sour cream and it was completely nasty and it wasn't just my food all 6 of our food was not cooked well and was disgusting 🤢 and cold we should of had free meal as it was absolutely the worst”

The salad looked a little sad but it was no bad the dressing was a little runny it is what it is. My better half had the potato soup, it looked good maybe ill try nexttime. “This is regarding the location inside Turfway Park Racing and Gaming in Florence Kentucky.. Husband and I wanted to come out and watch the band that was there this past Saturday night. Apparently they have a new table service 'rule' in effect. if I understand it correctly, in order to sit at a table and watch the band which doesn't start until 9:30 or later, you MUST order $50 worth of food and or drinks. After the 2 hours that you are there, if you want to stay longer, they will charge you an additional $50. Who are they to tell people how much they must spend on food and drinks? We stood outside of the railing actually in the casino and watched the band for the 1st set.. We saw a couple sitting at a small round table in front of us only order two alcoholic beverages the whole time they were there.. so you are telling me that you expect two people to sit at your table and if they are not ordering food, you expect them to spend $50 on alcohol in order to sit at the table? Unless I am misunderstanding,,, needless to say, we will never ever step foot inside of this restaurant to eat or drink.”

“Outstanding customer service. Wife and I and 1 year old grandson went to Fuji for wife's birthday dinner. Just as chef starts cooking my grandson gets ill (vomiting). Wife runs him to restroom and I get help from staff for floor. The staff assisted my wife with bringing her warm towels to clean him up bags to put dirty clothes into. Once we got him changed they helped us box our untouched meals and got us the check promptly. The staff went above and beyond to help us get our little guy cleaned and get our food prepped and out the door as we didn't want to upset other guests. My wife ate her meal at home and said it was great.”

“I ordered take out on 2/11/25 & in the process of ordering two dinners I had an issue with my credit card that had me worried, but after speaking with the Mgr (Billy ) I nolonger was in that mindset, Billy fixed the problem and my dinners was stomach happy, will certainly return again. “I knew it would be a cool place when the door knobs were gas pumps. Everything was detailed down to the napkin rings. It lived up to its name for sure. The food was amazing! Our waitress Cozy, I can't say enough about her. She had the best personality, super sweet and when we had decided what we wanted she definitely told us about our choices, like how they are prepared, what they come with and if she had tried them herself. I will definitely be back.”

“We first stopped in to El Taco Feliz about two months after the location on 42 opened. It quickly became a favorite of ours, we now stop in as much as 4-6 times per week. Food is great, staff is friendly, it’s an awesome place, and I highly recommend it. Not only do I recommend, but it is my overall favorite restaurant in any category.”

“First time there we celebrated a birthday, and WOW, these folks made it memorable and fun!! Best time ever! This is not a typical Mexican restaurant. “Found this little gem tonight. If you haven’t been…GO! I believe it is currently just take out or delivery, but take out was all we needed. First the lady who greeted me at the door was cute as a button and just as sweet! I ordered the sesame chicken, golden noodles, and crab puffs to bring home for dinner. Plenty of food for two with LOTS left over for lunch. If had A LOT of sesame chicken in my time, this was one of the BEST I’ve had! Go check them out! I only wish I would have gotten a tea!”

“Velocity’s iced lattes are a must-try! Each month they switch up the menu, offering several different flavors of house-made syrups. They clearly label vegan options & offer oat milk for drinks. They artfully take photos of each drink and post them on their Instagram page. The photos look like something out of a foodie blog or magazine. A few of my favorite specials have been the chocolate covered potato chip iced latte & the cherry cordial iced latte.”

“Holy moly have I been missing out my entire life! We had been meaning to try Izzy’s for over a year since it is located right beside the Florence Chuck-E-Cheese that our kids enjoy going to quite frequently, but just never had went.

The Rueben is of course absolutely to die for, but the pastrami on pretzel roll is a whole another kind of amazing! We will most definitely be back! And the drive-thru employee that took our order was 110% top-notch as far as friendliness, familiarity with the menu and being able to recommend to customers who had never had an Izzy’s sandwich before! He was also super patient with my husband and myself!”

“Chuy's continues to be one of our go to's for awesome Tex-Mex cuisine. The restaurant looks so fun and the people have been so nice to us and that was definitely no different this time. On this occasion I got their Steak Burrito which was stuffed with steak, Jack cheese, and Hatch Green Chile sauce. The steak and cheese was excellent with great flavour cooked into the steak. The Hatch Green Chile sauce however was a bit disappointing with it being advertised as being spicy but lacked both spice or really any flavour at all. Even so the the steak and cheese did make up for the shortcomings of the sauce for me. The Mexican rice was excellent as well. All in all another great visit to Chuy's.”

My husband got 3 cheese coneys but ended up getting a 4th if that tells you anything. I got the pineapple upside down cheesecake and it was a pleasant, unique dessert. So glad they had red cream soda. My husband got a Red Cream Soda float. I would do again which we will do before we leave Cincinnati. I will try the cheese coneys next time.”

“This is a antique shop, not sure about the food. I just want to express my mother passed away 2 years ago. People had stolen valuables from her home that she worked so hard for, cherished. My mother never bothered a soul, very private, great all around American citizen. Due to my poor judgement trying to help friends in need they were stealing my mother's things and taking them to this antique shop to sell them cost irrelevant they should have never been stolen and or sold. I, 1st time walked in this shop with a friend and spotted immediately my late mothers dishes etc. I panicked, want real sure who, how, why they were there. I immediately notified the purchasing rep (owner) Tiffany told her my story. Without question, care, concern she immediately started boxing, bagging ALL of my mother's things. I offered to pay her. She absolutely refused any amount of money. No questions etc she expressed her sympathy, she expressed her unaware. She stated to me description without name as she also stated she would not ever sell to this couple again. That was a very kind gesture as she did not have to take any type of loss. She is a business woman her honesty will forever hold a special place in my heart as she will be rewarded 10 fold for her good deeds. It's hard these days to trust people. Tiffany you rock sister. I will shout it from the roof tops and suggest everyone I know to shop at your cute little antique, botique shop love to all. Xoxo”

“When I went into this restaurant they gave me lollipops to choose from and they handed my mom something like in a box. It was a mystery and then when we opened it it was cheesesteak and it was Oreo cheesecake. So that was yummy. And I had the hot dog and it was fine. I also had fries which were pretty good. They had this cool display of license plates from other states. and their drinks were really good. I had Pepsi which was nice and the tables were clean so that was good. That's why I recommend you eat here.”

It's hard to rate service since that can change day by day but for me I waited over 30 minutes to get any of my food (only 1 person ahead of me) and the lady taking my order was very nice. For the food; the dumplings where very good, the egg roll was a lot smaller than what I was expecting but pretty much what you'd expect and the rice was good too. The bourbon chicken was tender and delicious however I would have perfered more sauce on it or it swimming in it as it was a bit dry and needed it. All in all out of all the Chinese restaurants I've had this one would make the top 10 but not my top 5.”

The hot sauces are made in house and delicious, the red one is chilies and peanuts which I've never had before but was amazing! We can't wait to go back and try EVERYTHING. They have squash flower and corn smut tacos which are more options you don't often find outside of Mexico. Very happy with this place and you should go support them!! “This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.”

“I stopped into Chick-fil-A today for lunch and ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with a cup of fruit. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and perfectly made—crispy chicken, soft bun, and plenty of toppings. The fruit cup was a nice lighter side option and everything tasted fresh.

As always, the service was quick and friendly, even during the lunch rush, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Chick-fil-A consistently delivers on both food and customer experience, and today was no exception.

“Went through the drive thru, ordered and asked for a large water also. They wanted to charge me for a large drink for water. Really! I would understand $1, but $3 is excessive for water. This has been an issue apparently the young lady who was very nice made sure to ask me if I wanted water for $3+. I declined. I didn’t say anything and I don’t like to give a bad review. But that is price gauging at its finest. Do better Gold Star. I work in a restaurant and we give every customer water that comes in. It’s complementary because it’s WATER.”

“I hadn't been to a Fazoli's un a long while so it was high time we returned. Their breadsticks continue to head up my Best Breadstick lust as the garlic flavour along with the size and texture put them right at the top for me. They're also endless as long as you're getting a meal and eating in the dining room. They've got some really good pasta dishes that I've talked about in past reviews but on this occasion I went with a sub and some boneless wings. The sub was a Classic Meatball one with the meatballs, marinara sauce, pepperoni and of course tons of mozzarella. It was a little ugly to look at but is sure tasted delicious. The boneless wings I got Hot which was a Buffalo sauce with a small bit of kick. They were quite good and a lot better than I would expect from a fast food Italian restaurant. Really good flavour even if they weren't that spicy (could be just my spice pallette too. I sometimes don't taste the spice when others do.) The service was top notch and the store was clean which wasn't always the case in the past. A very tasty and affordable lunch at Fazolis.”
