“This is a typical dairy bar type restaurant and is pretty concistant. I eat lunch here pretty often and love their hot dogs. They have frozen treats and lots of ice cream flavors. The food is quick to come out so it's a good place to grab a quick lunch.“

Some specials to try are the Ram horns which are freshly made creamhorns. Another special is the pizza. They make themselves and is fantastic on the weekends. “The server that was supposed have been our server ignored us for 20 min. The other server came and took our drink and dinner order, because she seen we were getting ready to leave. The other serve complained we were suppose have been her table. She told her we were going to leave. She took the server that waited on us behind the wall and began to loudly complaine obout the situation.(we could hear plainly) Our server was very polite and apologized numerous times. She was very sweet. Positive side really liked our new server and the food was good.“
“I love this place. We drive from Virginia and it is always the fist place we hit. The hotdogs with sauce are the best around as well as their onion rings (yum). Yesterday we also got a butterscotch milkshake, holy mother of all things merciful get yourself a butterscotch milkshake. Been a fan of Crisps for over 50 years and the fandom continues.“
“My husband and I love dining inside at this location. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond. We never have trouble using our rewards/coupons on the DQ app here. If we're in a hurry, we can order ahead on the app and our food will be ready for us when we arrive. We almost always split a chicken tender basket and cheeseburgers. The gravy that is served with the chicken tenders is so delicious. The food is always delicious. This is our favorite Dairy Queen location!“
“I was exhausted one night and decided that stopping for fast food was a better option than cooking. I grabbed two Whoppers and onion rings. Simple, easy and should be be a quick stop.Burgers were ready, but not the onion rings. I waited for onion rings. When I got home I had fries. Sigh!! I wish I had checked before pulling away from the window. I understand people make mistakes but these fries were old, greasy and cold. Money wasted. My family did enjoy the burgers though!“
“Gerber's Family Restaurant exceeded my expectations! I went with my parents after church on a Sunday. We were seated right away. And drink orders were taken in less than five minutes. Bonus, they served Pepsi products. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and a small salad, which was served with garlic bread. The sauce was great! I know it was cooked for a long time as the green peppers did not give me heat burn. And the portion was huge. Way more than I could eat for lunch. The salad was also bigger than I expected. The garlic bread was soft, just the way I like it. I tasted my Mom's fried fish, which was hot and yummy! And the green beans were soft, which was perfect to me. My Dad's liver and onions looked good if that's your cup of tea. He said the meat was tender. My Mom and I shared the homemade blackberry cobbler topped with ice cream. Deeeeeeliscious! I highly recommend this dessert. If you like country home cooking, this is this spot to try!“
