“You have to be very specific about how you want your sandwich. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and got Burger, mushroom, and Swiss. No salt, no mayo, no pepper, no lettuce tomato or onion. Made it a very bland and dry burger.Waffle fries and beer were good though.“

“Went for Valentine's Day !! Small intimate setting where locals come to enjoy a drink and relax. The food (steak) is amazing with the Mushrooms !!! I have had just about everything on the menu and was never disappointed. I ALWAYS ask for the waiter Casey HE IS AMAZING! He knows the menu, knows the specials. Always pleasant !!! “This Dairy Queen is AMAZING! I've gotten ice cream cakes at this particular store for years, always nice but just a normal experience. They are clean, they have a good selection and are on my way home, it's a win/win. I had a fluke with Maiya's cake that she wanted yesterday, someone else was supposed to order it but didn't and I didn't find out until 3:00 p.m. ... I wanted to pick the cake up by 4:30 p.m. I just KNEW I was going to have to get her a different design. She would have been fine but she wanted this specific one. I called the store and the young lady that answered knew she couldn't promise to help without approval so she put the owner on. I explained what happened and how I know it might not be possible but turning 13 is important for a girl so if they can make this cake by 4:30 I would even pay extra. Not only did he not hesitate to help in every way, but he took my cake order and promised it would be done by the time I got off work, all while being busy as all heck on a 70 degree day in February. He even made jokes about the weather and being so busy. There was a stress in his voice but you could tell it was a good bit of stress that he handled perfectly. It really isn't common for most places to go out of their way for customers these days. They are sticklers to the guidelines, which is understandable. Normally a special design like the tye-dye pooh emoji needs to be ordered at least 24 prior to pick up... they helped me out in a pinch and it was done and ready to be written on by the time I walked up to their front counter. They had no problem helping me out at all and it really made my baby girl's day.“

“I'm surprised the ratings aren't higher for this Dairy Queen. It's actually very good. I visited on June 4, 2023 and once before that. I can't complain, I got a three piece chicken tender meal with a fudge sundae for $7. I was surprised to be served gravy with the tenders so I asked for barbecue dipping sauce. The first time I asked for an extra one and was charged $.75 which wasn't bad for the size of the sauce. I don't eat gravy but I did try it and it was actually good. I don't think I've ever had white gravy(it was sausage gravy I think, that's what it tasted like. Overall, I was pleased. I didn't like the sprite, it was watery and didn't taste real good so I went back in and got some ice in my Bubba container.“

“My husband and I love dining inside at this location. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond. We never have trouble using our rewards/coupons on the DQ app here. If we're in a hurry, we can order ahead on the app and our food will be ready for us when we arrive. We almost always split a chicken tender basket and cheeseburgers. The gravy that is served with the chicken tenders is so delicious. The food is always delicious. This is our favorite Dairy Queen location!“

“Went for one of our favorite Hardee's sandwiches, the Big Hot Ham and Cheese. Got ours with extra Swiss, and they are yummy! My only problem with this Hardees is it is across town and sometimes closes early due to staff shortage. Four stars for Atmosphere, because I went through the Drive-thru ;)“

“The reason why I gave all 5 star is, I have never had great customer service in many years. I order just one chicken classic sandwich, I was told that there was going to be a wait and was ask very pleasantly to pull up. A few mins went by a young man came out to tell me the wrong chicken was drop but they have the right one down and it was going to be just a few more mins, he offered me anything for waiting but i just wanted my chicken, he was so sincere and apologetic, I did not mind what so ever to wait. Within 2 mins another little older man came out and hand me some chicken nuggets, he was also very respectful and nice. Told him I worked all day and had to skip lunch so those nuggets was great. The manager brought my order out and let me tell you, she was so very thoughtful and kind. Thank you Wendy's in Catlettsburg ky for making great tasting food and awesome Customer service. “It's a McDonald's. Decent experiences here. This location is close to my family so I hop in here often. Food is usually hot and service is consistently good. This visit was drive thru and they keep you moving. Newer McDonalds design and layout. This location used to be one of the retro-McDonald's with a classic car in the front back in the 90's and 00's. Miss the old aesthetics but that is a couple decades since gone now. This location is a solid choice if craving some McDonald's.“

“I just wanted to complement this restaurant and all of its workers for the work they do. I personally frequent Applebees 3 or more times a week and I receive unbeatable service, drink and food specials. It’s hard to find good workers or anyone who wants to work at all and a lot of the time restaurants fall super short handed with staff but even when this Applebees is experiencing this hardship they make it happen! As a customer i and patient with wait staff and in return they take very good care of my family and myself! 10/10“
