“Wow, this place is fantastic. The reviews are spot on, this is a true taqueria. $2 a taco is pretty epic. The employees are so kind and recommended some of their favorites to us (carne asada, barbacoa, and pastor) and boy they were not mistaken that's for sure. “The best hibachi we’ve ever had! This is the second time I’ve been here and it was better than the first. I think the prices went down a bit, we only spent less than $200 for a family of 5, and we got the filet mignon. The portions are fair for the price and everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Our hibachi chef was fun to watch and asked us if we wanted food thrown at us ?. Very respectful. The hostess was also very accommodating to my kids, they order everything under the sun and ask for more soda etc, and she was very attentive and patient.I haven’t ordered takeout or sushi yet, but the hibachi portion is absolutely amazing.I use to love mikados but the quality seems to have dropped from the covid era. I am absolutely thrilled to have Dozo so close to home! Hananoki was not my style at all. “My family and I are consistently happy with how good the food is here and it seems a great value. They are often fairly busy but still get things through and always seem to be friendly at the same time. The only thing I'd like to see them add to the menu is a build your own combo plate where you could select 2 - 4 mains as I would love to mix and match the incredible catfish with a few other items!“

“I'm very big on customer service. Emanuel was an excellent waiter. His knowledge of the menu and drinks was awesome. I've been to several places and the customer service wasn't all that. He went above and beyond. I watched how he dealt with other customers with respect. And not once try to make it the best experience while being here. He would be the main reason why I'd go back. Now the food wasn't what I expected it to be. It came out hot but greasy. And the kitchen forgot our coleslaw, which we didn't realize till later on. The drinks were OK. Not nothing to brag about.
