“The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food tasted good. If you are a fan of spicier foods, they have siracha and chili oil available to use as your please. Also the indoor environment was nice and clean. I understand they use styrofoam plates to keep costs low, however this is a big negative for me, so I would really love to see them transition to paper plate usage!“
“Chicken Chimichanga is the dish I order most often from El Aguaje; the variety of toppings never fail to satisfy my tastes.Though I mostly order take-out, the wait staff inside the restaurant is very welcoming and family-friendly, and the atmosphere is rich with plenty nods to Mesoamerican heritage in the interior design. As it is situated in the corner of a U-Haul parking lot, the location could be considered a bit of an eyesore, but they continue to have a thriving business alongside the neighboring events center, and the same disadvantage could be noted for most of the establishments in the Gallatin Pike/Rivergate area.“
“Me and my aunt had an amazing experience at this restaurant! We had been spending the night in the nearby hospital for several weeks and just wanted some good food to take our minds off of things for a split moment.The restaurant was clean and our waiter was very friendly and prompt. I don’t remember the official name of my dish, but I got chicken cheese and rice (with pineapples) and refried beans. They drowned my chicken in extra queso blanco. Normally places charge extra for the amount of queso they gave me, so I was not complaining whatsoever!! 10 out of 10 I would definitely be back to this place.“
