“This is the best sushi place I have ever had, and my friend and I will only go to this restaurant for sushi! We come here often, and everything is always so fresh and delicious! The owner of Osaka is also very passionate about the food and cares a lot for his customers.

The selection here has a broad variety, and is affordable, and of high quality. For raw sushi choices, I highly recommend the oishi roll, truffle roll, and dragon fly roll! The sushi sandwich is also very good as well for people who enjoy smoked eel! The kalbi beef short ribs is my personal favorite, and I always get it along several dishes of sushi. By far, Osaka is my favorite restaurant ever!“

“I moved here from Cincinnati, and I must say that their food was comparable to the delicious Benihana chain EXCEPT for the blah fried rice. The rice was tolerable, but was absolutely no comparison to Benihana and I was highly disappointed because a few Lexingtonians recommended this place. Tekka can get away with the blah rice here in Lexington because not much Hibachi competition. Their rice just doesn’t compare to Benihana and other popular Hibachi places in Cincinnati. The salad, steak and chicken were good though.“

Sakura has great food at a great price and is a good way to break away from the monotony of overpriced hamburgers and every restaurant's "original" chicken sandwich. (Unfortunately, the owner has never addresses the fact that the 2016 bottles of Beuhler Chardonnay have started to turn. My friend and I each had a glass and I purchased the rest to take home. The glass at home confirmed the change in the wine which has been an all time favorite for years. Several month ago, I took the time and wrote to mention this fact. Even a 5 year old Chardonnay is pushing the limit. Sadly, I did not receive the respect of a response not to mention removing the stock that remained.“
