I fly out of Louisville quite frequently and have never had a worse experience, period. Was on my way out of town and I stopped for a quick breakfast sandwich. There were around 7 people in line, one person behind the register, one person cooking, and 3 people just standing around either talking or playing with their phones. Instead of rising to the challenge when they were busy and short-staffed (one manager and her employee), the two on duty completely gave up. The manager left several times during dinner rush so that her employee had to both take orders and make them, and upon return, there was no sense of urgency or customer service. The counter was absolutely filthy, and I would have left if I had time to wait somewhere else. I waited a full hour for chicken tenders and fries and nearly missed...read full review
