“I had a wonderful experience. Our waiter Bobby was outstanding and chef Josh's food was to die for. We even got the best cake for dessert. All in all, beautiful place, great service and wonderful food. Absolutly worth the 45 min drive for our anniversary dinner.“
“O'Bryons is the epitome neighborhood bar and restaurant in Newport. Service is courteous, friendly and timely. The bartender is very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. Food is above average while being prepared well and fresh. The chicken wrap and chicken wings were tasty. Prices are reasonable for the area. Parking is a bit of a challenge with it all being street parking. Overall a good experience and worth trying out.“

“Tried Lana's Diner for the first time. Time of our visit came just after their lunch rush. It was obvious they had been busy and at the moment of our arrival, there was only one server waiting tables. While there was a little wait, it was understandable why. The one server, though overwhelmed, did not allow the circumstance to rattle her or keep her from pushing on to take care of customers. I was impressed by how she worked her job without letting her job work her. Her attitude remained polite and helpful to those she was serving. Food was very good and was presented as quickly as was reasonably possible. It was good service considering the circumstance. I give Lana's 5 Stars We will be back!! I highly recommend this down-home diner!!“
“Cozy local spot. Feels almost like a cabin, with lots of wood paneling. From the decor you’ll note that Reds fans are more than welcome.If the flyers on the walls (and in the ladies restroom) are accurate, looks like they have live music every evening of the week (!) Note: I came in the daytime, so wasn’t able to benefit from that- maybe next time.Service was friendly.My overall take: Worth checking out. Not fancy and not a chain/franchise - pure local flavor, in the best way.“
“Went here on a Saturday a little after noon. We were seated immediately and each person working was super hospitable and welcoming! The atmosphere is friendly and vibrant while still maintaining a upscale (but approachable) scene. The menu is limited and rotates for the time of day which makes ordering easy. Everything is super high quality and definitely some of the best food I’ve had in NKY/Cincy!!! Our server, I think her name is Anette, was really great! Super excited to come back to try their dinner menu. Super great local place!“

“Doesn’t offer any snack food but does offer other things that would include dinner. The piano dueling is among the best I’ve experienced. One keys player a young guy sings songs of the 80s 90s and today. Better tips get better music. When you are looking for something to do and your near this place or even a few hours away. Make it part of your Cincinnati touring experience. You’ll love every part of it.“
“I really wasn’t going to comment or post anything but the situation has stuck with me through the weekend and I feel as I should. I will post on an anonymous account as I’m not sure they might recognize me. I don’t know who this will reach, I hope it is the correct people. As I was dining in this week, there seemed to be a misunderstanding with a food item a young women at the bar was eating. From what I learned after the commotion, the kitchen lady didn’t feel like or maybe she was unable to do a task the bartender asked of her. The bartender seemed to be nice about the situation but the cook lady was not! She not only shouted at the bartender angrily but also into the restaurant for everyone to hear. Which in turn seemed to fluster and embarrass that poor young girl. It was very disrespectful and very childish if you ask me the way the cook lady acted. Later shortly after that the cook lady then came out of the kitchen shouting loudly again that “yes I did scream at her, I did” like she was proud to be acting so trashy in the workplace. The bartender on the other hand was very calm and professional and I can’t say I would of been myself if I was spoken to that way. I would not of blamed her if she hadn’t been so adult about it in my opinion. There was another bartender there that didn’t seem to participate in the rant but did mumble something about crazy something or other. That cook lady should be let go. Never experienced anything like that from a restaurant before!“
“I have been dining at Pepper Pod for literally 40 years. It's a staple. I hadn't been for a while but was glad to have stopped by recently. Still a great place. It's not 5-Star cuisine as you can imagine. However, it's still one of my favorite spots. The Maxi Club is my favorite.“

“If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Wings are no contest the best in town. Tonight I had Lots A-Tots, bacon/sour cream & cheese. Tot heaven ! Can’t beat the location overlooking the river & Cincy downtown. Staff is friendly, fast & attentive. Special shout out to my server tonight, Sydney Parker, she’s the best.
