“We had lunch here today. Food was GREAT and service was GREAT !!! Our server Joe B. was exceptional !!! You could just tell he enjoyed his job and most of all he enjoyed seeing that we were taken care of and happy. Joe definitely had a Servants heart toward people and it showed in his quality. Outback... you've got a keeper !!!”

“This is an amazing place to eat. From the moment we walked in Mr. Uno and his partner from Palestine and I apologize up front for forgetting his name they were welcoming and super friendly. This was our first time there and the food was amazing, and tasty. We ordered several things such as chicken wings, fish, fries, calzone, pizza and a pasta and all of it was delicious. We love this place and will definitely come back to eat and see Mr Uno and his partner from Palestine. I give them, the food and the store a 10 out of 10!”

“I ordered the red snapper with crawfish and crab pesto over linguine. It was delicious!! We also had eggplant Parmigiana and garlic bread with a tomato on top. All of it exceeded my expectations!!”

“New favorite venue for brews and camaraderie, and the food here is very very good. Live music inside or out keeps us coming back. The lighting in the taproom is just right. We are fond of the outdoor seating and there is lots of room to stretch out. The staff always make us feel welcome here. Board games and card games available, with a ping pong table outside also.”

“If this place has a down side, it's the parking, hey get brave and walk a little. I got the fried fish with rice and gravy. A good filet of fish, gravy wasn't over seasoned, couple of hush puppies that were cooked just right. Now if you are going to have the bread pudding, share with a friend or two. It comes with 2 scoops of ice cream and at least a 4x4 piece, it will hurt you. My waitress was the best, my tea never thought about going dry. Looking at all of the boils coming out to all of tables around me sure looked good.”

“Took a large party with me. Our waitress was awesome and friendly. All food was served hot and very tasty. Highly recommend this place.Kid-friendliness: We had children from ages 3 and up. The staff made sure the kids food was served first and our waitress was perfect with them.Wheelchair accessibility: No trouble getting in and out or moving around inside with my brother's chair.”

“Just happened to see the website, and we are serious foodies and thought it would be a great place to dine on our one night in Alexandria. We were amazed at the quality of food and historic decor of this restaurant. The blueberry bread pudding was in the top 5 of any I have ever eaten. The sea bass was perfectly prepared. Our waiter , Trevon, was gracious and full of vitality. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine selections. You won’t be disappointed eating in this restaurant.”

“I used to be a huge fan of Rosie Jo's. But now after eating their Cajun Nachos, I'm a full blown air conditioner! Best nachos I've ever had. Great portion size. Really balanced flavors. I'm very happy with my lunch today ❤”

“For dinner... our appetizer was Crawfish Bread & entrees were the Catfish Jenkins with blackened catfish, side of sweet potatoes, & Red Beans & Rice with fried catfish & side of Crawfish Mac & Cheese.Crawfish Bread: very good, super cheesy, slightly soggy.Catfish Jenkins : delicious, but order the fish fried, because the blackened is bland. We plan to order this again.Sweet Potatoes: amazing!!!Beans & Rice: also delicious, but different than what we expected; smokey, subtle flavor. We do recommend this.Crawfish Mac: we wished it was listed as an entree!Dessert: both the Strawberry Cheesecake & Banana Bread Pudding were excellent!! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. I will likely be back just for dessert!Brunch was...Shrimp & Grits: fabulous; the gouda & creamy sauce MADE this dish; if you need NO shell, request the tails off! Otherwise, tails are on.Sunnyside up eggs, Sausage, Biscuit, & Hashbrown patties: eggs were good, as were potatoes, sausage was bland & greasy.Sweet tea is what you expect for good tea!Peaceful, enjoyable environment. History all over the building.At the front desk of restaurant, ask for Molly! She was so attentive at dinner. We were very impressed with her service.”

“Food so good. Been eating there for years. My family eats there. Very delicious and I definitely recommend. Some of the best chicken and shrimp fried rice. Everything just very good. Guarantee you would go back. Service and timing is great. Always cooked when you order so everything is fresh and hot.Parking: It’s not a large parking lot but no one is there long so there is enough room for everyone that comes.”

“We do not live in Louisiana but went to visit family last week. We called several seafood stores about buffalo ribs. No one had them except Crawfish Port. We bought several pounds to take back to AZ. I bought several other things but the one thing that I didn't get but wish I had was the crawfish tails. I picked them up and put back? Living in AZ we can't get alot of what they sell. I really was beside myself ?”

“If you have a wedding coming up, Lisa is the one for you! We recently had a 240 person wedding and Lisa provided us with the BEST cake. So moist and beautiful. She comes and sets up the cake so effortlessly, we didnt even notice her come and go! Super responsive and I would recommend her to everyone. Thank you lisa!”

“This place is outstanding. Been here a few times and staff is always extremely pleasant. They sell a variety of things: smoothies, protein bars, nutrition supplements, energy drinks, gear, etc. Best thing is... they also offer $5 smoothies on Fridays (like smoothie king). All flavors available in 20 & 32oz for $5 Friday's. My favorite is cookies and creme! Definitely check this place out.”

“Jeremiah the manager is FANTASTIC. My husband and I recently lost our daughter and months after my husband tried taking me to Hana in Alex to brighten my spirits. We were sat at a busy table with 5 little children two of which were babies. The restaurant was PACKED there was no way to switch tables. We had a wait for 2 hours to begin with. I tried to tough it out but it was too much and I had a panic attack. Of course my triggers and emotional state is not the fault of the family nor the establishment. However it was so severe and embarrassing we had to leave before our food was brought out and cooked. My husband spoke with the manager letting him know we needed to leave and he was very kind. He even told us when we are ready to let him know and he'd be happy to welcome us back. Well two months later I was and he sat us all by ourselves and made sure we had an amazing time. Our waiter and chef were amazing too. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the manager and the kindness he showed us!”

“I ordered snow crab and shrimp. When my order came out it was all crawfish. They immediately fixed my order and THEN, I had the best seafood I have ever tried in my life. I’ve traveled so many states and finally I found the flavors I had been looking for. I was in disbelief but also is so much belief of how GOOD this food was. Warm, fresh, and buttery. I ended buying more.”

“I did an online order for smoothie king and was supposed to order at the one in kingsville but didn’t pay attention and ended up ordering at the one on Jackson st. the manager of the Jackson st store called the store in kingsville and told them to make it for! Everyone was so sweet and so helpful even tho the mistake was 100% my fault!!”

“The food was really good but our waitress (Audrey) was horrible. The hostess had to keep asking her if they could seat people in her section. Plus when we asked for refills she acted like she was too busy. If the food wasn't so damn good I wouldn't eat there again.”
