Def a hole in the wall, but a diamond in the rough as well. Had the vegan GF burger and I couldn’t believe the buns were GF. The Sazerac I received from the friendly bartender was on point, and my wife loved the giant frozen purple drank thing she ordered. This is a popular spot, for sure. We got there early afternoon on a weekday and it wasn’t too crowded, but we passed by a couple times later over the weekend and it was crazy busy - which is probably alright if you like that kind of vibe. “We went to one of the French Quarter Phantoms tours (Ghost and Vampire Combo) and our tour guide was Wolfy! They were super super informed on the buildings we toured and also very funny which kept our attention the whole way. “The food was fast and amazing!! However the server, Joan B. Insisted that she get her tip prior to serving the food. We bought drinks and food and she indicated that she gets her tips upfront. Once we received our food she then tapped my family member on the shoulder and said don't forget her tip. She then told another customer that she doesn't serve drinks for free or without a tip and Insisted that we wouldn't tip. However, we still tipped but her service and attitude was unprofessional. She talked herself out of a tip that could have been more but oh well.“
