“Tried Smoke Bayou for the first time today. I ordered to go the 5 meat with Mac & cheese. This is the BEST bbq that we have ever eaten. The ribs and chicken fell off the bone. The brisket, pork and sausage were so flavorful and tender. I would give it 10 stars ⭐️ if I could!“
“This is BBQ as it should be. Made by a passionate guy who loves and knows BBQ. We travel a lot and tasted hundreds (not kidding) of BBQ joint and this on is up there with the best. Delicious, very moist and perfectly cooked brisket. Fall of the bone (just enough!!!!) back ribs. Great spice rub. First time having turkey wings. Will definitely try that at home. Also he make beef rib strips..... If there is something between brisket and beef jerky, this would be it. Keith is a passionate pit master who makes awesome BBQ. You definitely have to try it.“
“My husband and I went for Valentines Day for the all you can eat crawfish. The service was excellent, the food was delicious. I have been to a couple of all you can eat seafood restaurants and this by far has been the best service. Even the corn and potatoes were seasoned. Thank you guys for an amazing Valentines Day.“

“Two years ago today, I tried this place that I'd never been to but is as old as me! I was worried I was gonna have a bad experience but I couldn't have been more wrong. The couple who own it were exceptionally friendly and patient when I asked a lot of questions and took time to decide what I wanted. My food was also reasonably priced. I was just reminded of my experience in an old memory on social media and had to leave a review!“
“So, I'm not explicitly saying I am a bbq snob, but unless I'm home (Texas), KC, or Carolina, I typically won't even try a place. However, I was with a group of locals that was sure their place could change my mind. Spoiler alert...it didn't. With that said, there were definitely some good points. First off, you could smell the smokers when you were in the parking lot, so great start. We showed up at the tail end of lunch and there were a lot of people seated. It took about 30 minutes to get seated, but it was a large crowd. I have no issues with the wait. I ordered a two meat plate with burnt ends, brisket, Mac and cheese and fries. Overall, I'm disappointed to say the Mac and cheese was the best. And it WAS really good. The burnt ends were way to dry for the most part. There were a couple of bites that were delightful, but for the most part all the fat had been rendered and they were just dry little nuggets. The brisket was ok. Also a little too dry and sliced thinner than I'm used to. It did have a decent smoke ring though! Our server was excellent. Kept checking on us and made sure drinks were filled. No issues there whatsoever. Would I come here as a destination meal? Not likely. But again, I live in what I consider the brisket capitol of the country, so keep that in mind. There were definitely some good bites, just not every bite. I give it a non bbq state 4 stars. “
“Best bbq I have had in a long time. Food was at the table before we knew it and it was amazing! Our service was promptly given and we literally got what we wanted before we asked for it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming/relaxing. I definitely will go back and I have already told most of my buddies how dang good everything was. Last but not least the price point was very agreeable to me . We had a wonderful time affordable. I recommend this place highly.“

“Went on a Sunday night at 6pm and there was no wait! Food was good but the service wasn’t too good. Our waitress disappeared for a long time while we were waiting for the check. Aside from that, it was a very positive experience. Ordered the Cuban sandwich along with a Bacon Old Fashion. Kids meal is good as well.“
