“Today, November 16, 2024 at 2:50 pm, cst. We found a roach in our Pho and the owner didn't even come to apologize to us. He sent the waitress out to tell us "we can go" no charge...do not go to this restaurant. It appears clean but evidently it is NOT. My husband said those roaches must be everywhere because they didn't denied it or apologized.”

“I’m new to the area and have already been to Tim’s Kitchen five times — three times for takeout, once dining in, and twice placing orders for pickup, including this past Sunday. Each visit, the customer service has been outstanding — always attentive, warm, and genuine. Tim greets you as soon as you walk in and knows his customers by name, making every visit personal and welcoming. The hospitality extends to his staff too — everyone makes you feel right at home. So far, I’ve had the barbecue twice, gumbo four times, fried shrimp, and the fried fish plate with étouffée, all with delicious sides, including great potato salad, which is hard to find. It all comes with that soft homemade bread, the perfect touch to any meal. And let’s talk about the desserts — I’ve had the wedding cake twice now, plus the red velvet, and both are the best I’ve had so far in Acadiana. Even my family members who were visiting couldn’t get over how good these homemade cakes are. I’ve also tried the chocolate chip doozie and the chocolate doozie with whipped cream (which was recommended by his wife — and what a great recommendation!). I have so much more to try at Tim’s, and I’m really looking forward to my next visit!”

“june 20 2025. so we went to eat there and we had to put our name on the waiting list and wait outside for a text are phone call. We get there at 545 and 40 mintues passes by and my husband goes check and while in the place another couple comes in that came way after we got there and they got seated so my husband pointed to his name on the list an the man did nothing so my husband came outside and said to me we are leaving. we were disrespected. others were getting there phone calls are texts and we never got one at all. We been going there since they were open and would go every weekend and during the week and would tell people how good the food wad but to be overlooked and call everyone but never us. as i am writing this it has been 3 hours an still nothing. very disappointed.”

“First impression was a scrupulously clean environment including the restrooms. The waitress was very friendly and gave us great service. There was a good selection of choices on the menu. I ordered the hamburger and my husband had the soft shell crab poboy. We both had sweet potato fries. The food was hot and delicious. We will be returning.”

It was so good everyone asked for a 2nd piece at the party lol *The owners/staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome immediately upon walking through the doors. “I ordered a large round cake, Bluey themed for my child’s birthday. He is severely allergic to egg so I didn’t want egg brought into the party at all (toddlers like to share). The cake tasted great, you could tell that it was egg free but it was most, sweet, and had a pleasant taste. Her icing was spot on. I did supply the cake toppers myself by my own choice but overall this bakery did an incredible job at creating a cake my child could actually eat on his birthday. Thank you so much! “I took my kids and friend there on yesterday to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. After receiving our food, the waitress asked if everything was ok. I informed her that my shrimp was over cooked and was very hard to chew. She said she would inform the manager….we waited 8 minutes and no manager came. We watched him walk back and forth without ever acknowledging me. When the waitress passed back I asked her what did he say, she said oh, he said that how they cook it. Finally after 5 minutes or so he came, saw and said him self that my shrimp was overcooked and that he’ll be back. I waited and waited he never came back. I had the shrimp poboy that had a total of 5 and a half shrimp on it. It was like they took pieces of crust and stuck it between bread. My friend got up and stopped him to ask what’s going on because he never came back. He told her that I couldn’t be accommodated because I ate some it. They were all very unprofessional. I’ll never go back there. That definitely not how you handle business and the customer.”
