Went for a work lunch with a large group, since the buffet is an easy choice. The food was pretty solid, not a ton of options, but a decent variety (not for vegetarian folks have to say!) The staff was super accommodating so I don't want to knock their service, they were fantastic. The room itself is beautiful but it is SO LOUD. Absolutely stunning property. Atmosphere, service and food were all wonderful. A small walk over bridge and you'll be overlooking a beautiful lake. Houmas House, Houmas Museum and Dixie Cafe are definitely worth the visit.

I was at Dixie Cafe Oct 2 for lunch. Didn't like the Chicken and Andoulle Gumbo had all Andoulle in it. Dixie Cafe is a beautiful Cafe needs beater food.
