“We had a wonderful brunch at Daisy Dukes. Lisa was our server and she was phenomenal. We were seated quickly and food came quickly too. They were able to accommodate my weird no-egg, no-cheese veggie omelette request, and Lisa even got me a virgin bloody to try since I’m pregnant. The food and drink hit the spot and we would def eat here again!Dietary restrictions: Were able to accommodate no-egg no-dairy!“
“All the way from Minneapolis had to check what the hype was about. Definitely didn’t disappoint, had lots of options to pick from went with the classic chicken and waffles had to get a hurricane with it. Came early morning during a weekday for breakfast so it wasn’t busy at all. Servers were great. Chicken had that nice spice to that I wish places back home would do waffle even had that fluffy but crispness to it ?? definitely will be back next time I’m in town for a poboy“
“Cute little cafe feel with delicious variations of beignets in the form of sliders. We had the fried chicken beignets, crab beignets, seafood beignets and hamburger beignets which had hot sausage mixed in the meat. It was served with a remoulade sauce which really wasn't needed bc each beignet tasted amazing. Everything was delicious and they weren't stingy with the filling of each. We also had a Tiger Woods for drink which was the perfect mix of sweet tea and lemonade. The staff were so kind and helpful while we made our choices. Parking was minimal on the street however that's to be expected.“
“A Flavorful Journey at Zesty Creole in New OrleansStepping into Zesty Creole is like embarking on a culinary voyage through the vibrant flavors of New Orleans. From the moment we entered, the ambiance exuded warmth and hospitality, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Our journey began with an invigorating sip of Irish coffee, a delightful blend of rich coffee and velvety Irish cream that instantly awakened our senses. It was the perfect prelude to the feast that awaited us.The Crab Cake Benedict was a true revelation. Each bite offered a harmonious marriage of succulent crab meat, delicately seasoned and nestled atop a perfectly poached egg, all crowned with a luscious hollandaise sauce. The interplay of flavors and textures was simply sublime, leaving us craving for more.Next up was the Shrimp and Grits, a quintessential Southern dish that Zesty Creole elevated to new heights. The plump, juicy shrimp were cooked to perfection, while the creamy grits provided a comforting backdrop for the bold Creole spices that danced on our palates with each mouthful. It was a symphony of flavors that left us utterly satisfied.Throughout our meal, the attentive staff at Zesty Creole ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was impeccable. From their friendly demeanor to their expert recommendations, they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. In conclusion, Zesty Creole surpassed our expectations in every way possible. With its delectable cuisine, inviting atmosphere, and top-notch service, it's no wonder this restaurant is a gem in the heart of New Orleans. Whether you're a local or just passing through, a visit to Zesty Creole is an absolute must for anyone seeking an authentic taste of Creole cuisine at its finest.“
“Great place to get breakfast in the French Quarter. The boudain sausage with biscuit and crawfish Étouffée omelette grits really represents local cooking well. The dishes were really flavourful and filling. Very friendly staff as well. This place gets crowded so come early to avoid the lineups.“
“Came here with a bachelorette party on Saturday and we were able to fit everyone at a table in the back. Staff was so sweet and accommodating. Self-order options and your food is brought to the table. Everyone enjoyed their food, particularly the boudin hash and berry chantilly. The wonderful band outside on a warm sunny Saturday afternoon was the cherry on top.“
“The new place looks great and the food is there to match. Great Brunch Menu. Staff was polite , quick to respond , and helpful. I ordered the breakfast sandwich on Brioche Bun without cheese and tator tots. I received the breakfast sandwich on Brioche bun , no cheese, with tator tots. For anyone who has eaten in restaurants across Nola you know this is a big deal, Sadly. Everything tastes great and was priced well also. I highly recommend this brunch spot which has a lot more room before it gets packed.“
“This is a small unassuming place that serves a really great breakfast. I must say, they served one of the best biscuits that I've had in a very long time. I would go there just to get a bag of biscuits, yes, they are that good! I also had the Greek omelette, hash browns and cheese grits. All we're delicious.“
“I had the Eggs Stanley which is cornmeal crusted oysters, poached eggs, house smoked ham, toasted English muffin, creole Hollandaise sauce ($23.50). I enjoyed the dish and recommend it. Their hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the same menu is available from opening to closing.“
“We took a trip to Nola a few days before we went on our Disney cruise and this place was recommend by locals. It did not disappoint and honestly was the best brunch I’ve ever had from a restaurant. It stays busy but the wait time was only 15 mins. If you have time to stop for lunch while your in Nola highly suggested checking this place out“
“Came here for breakfast. I had the catfish bene, but instead of on toast, I had it on a bed of grits and they happily accommodated my request. The fish was absolutely delicious. Light but crunchy and seasoned very well. Can’t wait to come back and try other items on the menu.“
“We loved this place. We are a family of seven and had four friends with us, too. But they took good care of us. The place is small but cozy. And super good food. The service was okay. The guy seemed to be trying but just messed up little things repeatedly. He apologized multiple times and was very nice about everything. He must have just had an off day.“
“I wasn't expecting this place to be a diner as other locations are not, but this is okay. This visit was a mixed bag. The services was lacking as soon as we got in. We stood along with others for more than 10 minutes and no one approached us to put us on the waiting list. Eventually we asked if we could sit at the empty spots at the counter which we did.I had the country fried chicken. The chicken was well seasoned and perfectly fried, very crispy. The mashed potatoes had a little bit of pepper which kicked it up a notch, And the green beans were well seasoned and very hot. The only downside of my meal is that the white gravy was a little stiff, perhaps the dishes sat a little while before being served to us.My wife had eggs, bacon, and grits. Her eggs were prepared perfectly, but the cheesy grits were not as cheesy as expected though she asked for extra cheese. The bigger trouble spot with her dish was her bacon that she asked to be "not too crispy ". This bacon was fully crispy though it had a good taste of you like crispy bacon. The place was busy on this morning and unfortunately it showed in the service. I was debating between three stars and four stars so the rating is subject to a change if we return.“
“I don't know why people would ever choose IHop over this. For $6.55 plus tax, you can get the All-Star Special with two eggs, hash browns or grits, bacon or sausage, toast (white, wheat, or raisin), and a waffle or biscuit. That's an amazing deal and you're a fool if you ignore it. IHop would require at least twice that amount. Go in expecting to essentially guzzle down warm grease disguised as a hash brown. It's part of the experience.“
“We ordered a veggie omelette and a classic omelet. Plus 2 portions of pancaces (1 portion = 2 pieces) and two coffees. Large portions, great quality. However, pancaces are very large, approximately 20 cm (large pan). In retrospect, a portion of two pieces would have been completely sufficient for two people. Very friendly and quick waitress. Very nice gentleman at reception. Restaurant highly recommended.“
“Stopped in off the street to grab a quick bite to go. The guy that helped me was so sweet and answered all my questions about the menu. Ordered the chicken caprese panini and a house lemonade. The panini was incredible!!! Fresh, homemade bread and a very generous portion. Can’t wait to come visit again!“
“Don't walk to this place, run. My husband and I are visiting New Orleans. I wanted breakfast and he wasn't sure if he wanted breakfast or lunch. Our Airbnb was located in Marigny neighborhood of New Orleans, and we wanted to try something within walking distance. After doing a google search, lucky, we found Horn's Eatory.Once we entered the restaurant, we knew we had found the right place. It is bright, the atmosphere gives off positive vibes, and the staff are wonderful. We were greated with smiles and all our questions about the menu were answered. We may be from California, but never felt more at home.I had their basic breakfast, subbing 1/2 order French toast for the regular toast, Grits, scrambled eggs and sausage. My eggs were scrambled to perfection, the grits were the perfect texture, the French toast was light and crispy. The sausage was good. My husband had a Saraney sandwich (grilled provolone with tomatoes, bacon and avocado. Served in rye. He loved it! Their coffee is delicious! If you are ever in the area, don't pass Horn's Eatery up.“
“I stopped by Mr. B's Bakery and purchased 3 dozen glazed beignets for my coworkers and I. Some of them have never had a glazed beignet before until now, and needless to say, they absolutely loved them. Hot, fresh, and a beignet. Their beignets are a 10 out of 10. Service - 8 out of a 10Ambiance - 5 out of 10. Please don't think that this is a fancy spot because it is not. I normally go in, order what I need to order, then leave. Yes, they sell breakfast plates and breakfast sandwiches as well. Grab a plate of liver and grits while you're there.“
“Shrimp & Grits still extraordinary! Catering service wonderful. Fresh Caesar Salad & the Cajun Brie is a must. They make every celebration easy and memorable because of their delicious food & customer service. I highly recommend calling or visiting online for catering needs.“
“Very cute little spot with a low key atmosphere, straightforward food, and sweet staff. It was empty when I went (11 on a Wednesday) so I was seated immediately and order was taken right away.I ordered the crescent city breakfast: grits with cheese, turkey bacon (meat of choice), half a waffle, and two eggs over easy. Grits were hearty, eggs were picture perfect (but so good I ate them before getting a pic), and waffle was crispy and fluffy.Got checked on at least three times before finishing, servers couldn’t be more on it.The decor is a little strange and the drinks are a little on the sweet side, so just order to your preference.4.75/5“
“The food and coffee are great here. The customer service is on point. I loved the southern hospitality. I ordered from the F.F.W.C. portion of the menu. I chose the banana, strawberry, and Nutella crepes and loaded potatoes. The crepes were magnifique.“

“This Waffle House has by far been one of the best I've been to in a while. The staff here was friendly, helpful and happy, from the cook to the bus boy. We had a mini crisis when my daughter got a bloody nose and they all jumped in to help. They seemed to work in harmony with each other. This was also a very clean waffle house, the grill area was not looking all nasty and the floors were clean and mopped.Kid-friendliness: They were very friendly and understanding, my daughter is special needs and they did a great job with her.“
“First time! Stepped out of the car and you can smell the seasoning like your mom and grandma's kitchen would smell. I was excited, thinking to myself this is going to be great! I ordered the breakfast platter, $2.99, came with grits, eggs, bacon and toast. It was enough for me to share! It was GREAT!! Met my expectations and more! I will be back!!“
“Small lunch spot with downhome food served with lots of smiles. Everything is good. Prices are very reasonable. Lots of folks order pick up maybe because space is limited to about 7 tables. Very local Belle Chasse spot. Listen up and you can hear what's going on in the community.“
“Going here is the best thing to go to . Reasonable prices for great authentic food . Always fresh great staff . Morning time is the best time to go even though they’re open later .Parking: Decent amount of space to park and parking isn’t closed in and tight like an alleyway.Kid-friendliness: Always treating the kids happiness.“
“Had the BEST takeout experience tonight from the night shift manager kacey (not sure if I spelled that right) but he was awesome! Guided me and my sister through the menu options, patiently took our order and happily assisted us with our process. He then went the extra mile to bring our food out to the car in the freezing cold. Thank you so much for making our night. Our food was delicious, we ate every bite and we will definitely be back!“
