Bywater Bakery is by far my favorite place for King Cakes. Every year, during Mardi Gras, we order at least two cakes from here. One sweet and one savory. The Crawfish King cake is a MUST try. It comes ready to heat up in your oven. It comes out toasty, flaky on outside and crawfish goodness on the inside. Think Crawfish bread. They creatively put colored Parmesan cheese on top.

Amazing Event Cakes — We had a formal event this weekend for which Bywater provided our cakes. The chocolate peanut butter was to die for. The other cake was not what we ordered but we loved it just the same. If you need a cake for any occasion, we highly recommend Bywater Bakery.
