“Best Vietnamese food in Metairie area! Simple, fresh, and great! I’ve been coming here for the last 8-9 years! Always find the same great food, great jasmine tea! The only thing I hate is their door, we can never get “Pull and Push” thing right! ? You should try their soft buns and their Vermicelli’s! It’s the best in town!“

“This place has been here for years. My first ever bubble tea/ milk tea and the best I've had even to this day (I highly recommend the sweet redbean with coconut milk. It tastes just like sweet cereal milk 💕) PhoNola has my favorite pho after trying SEVERAL restaurants, (I always get meatball pho with extra limes), best ever báhn mì, (I LOVE their pate, so rich and flavorful. Bread is PERFECT, crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. I get grilled pork with extra pate/aioli.) And although my fiancé is quite finicky with food, he really enjoys the flavorful fried rice with shrimp, the pan fried dumplings with really yummy dipping sauce, and his favorite are the pork belly steamed rice buns (hold the veggies). I've had a wonderful experience with pleasant and helpful staff and delicious food here for years and would absolutely say PhoNola is the best Vietnamese Restaurant in Metairie 💜“

“my girlfriend and i always order the chicken Pho [we order the same thing every week, unfortunately dong have pics of it becasue i just have to stuff my face] but yesterday i went pick up our food and before picking up i called. i placed my order and it was funny because she called me marie instead of my govn’t name. when i got there, the owner and i laughed because of the mixed names. got on the subject of her liking my tattoo and she started telling me how her tattoo on her back is for her son Michael. my heart shattered and i honestly had tears in my eyes because the way she spoke so beautiful about how this was his dream and she wanted to do this for him was truly beautiful. we got on another subject of why i LOVE this restaurant so much!! yall, they make this broth sun up to sun down so it’s fresh for you! i can have dreams about this pho because of how yummy it is!! everyone needs to go try it! the people who work there are very sweet! great atmosphere!“

“My boyfriend and I had the Pho Tai and beef spring rolls. I also had the mango slush with tapioca. Everything tasted very fresh and delicious. The owner was very nice and the customer service was great. We will definitely be coming back for more!“

“Absolutely delicious food and super friendly people! The oyster and shrimp po boys are perfect. I got to taste their crawfish and their mushrooms and they are the best I’ve ever tasted. The next time I visit NOLA, I’m definitely making a return trip to Mary J’s!“
