“Had an amazing experience here. Growing up in NJ and NY, anytime I eat pizza out of state, it never compares. Well that was until I tried forbidden pizza. I was blown away with the service and the pizza. The pies were massive and had an excellent thin crust. One of the best pies I’ve ever had. I recommend the “Four Play” pie!“

“I'm so glad that we stopped to eat here. We were in the mood for pizza so we decided to go to the Louisiana pizza kitchen. So far this was the best meal we have had in New Orleans. I ordered the crab ravioli. This was the best seafood ravioli I have ever had. I'm not joking. My wife ordered the shrimp and pasta. We also shared a Hawaiian pizza. We were so pleasently surprised. The service was great and the food was even better. We are planning on going back to try something different. This is a must meal for people looking for great food in New Orleans.“

“When I saw $21.95 for a 20oz ribeye I kinda chuckled in my head and expected a Waffle House type steak. I asked the waitress if it was good and she simply said “yeah, it’s good”. What transpired a few minutes later made me contemplate everything I thought I knew about a good ribeye. This thing was melt in your mouth, perfectly cooked, and had an absolutely astonishing flavor. Kick the price out the door. I live almost 4 hours away and would pay $80 for that steak as I type. It was so good I went back for another the next night. Gladly passing up all the other opportunities that NOLA has to offer. Weirdly the same people who we sat next to the night before were at the table next to us ordering the steak again. Astonishing what you get for the price. I could make a whole separate rant about how good the potato skins and gumbo are as well. Great job!!!! Best experience of our whole trip.“

“Came here on a tour Sunday night and despite being slammed, the bartender was really sweet and fast. We had a couple of the walking tour special hurricanes. The bar is beautiful and the artwork everywhere is so cool. Definitely coming back any time I’m in nola!“

“OMG!!! I came to this place on a whim this morning. This is the best food I have had from a cafe joint in a very long time. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese with a Salad and it was DIVINE! Well cooked, nicely seasoned. A pleasant Saturday surprised. I highly recommend this small cafe on St. Claude, located a block from Fredrick Douglass High School. Oh, and the vibes are heavenly.
