DIRTY . I ordered ice cream and it came with hair in it . I called corporate and they told me there was nothing they could . I’m NEVER eating from any of their restaurants ever again . I only liked their ice cream cause the food is greasy and garbage . I DO NOT RECOMMEND ❗️❗️❗️❗️
They Wouldn't even answer at the drive thru, we spent 30 mins sitting at the menu until people started to get angry and honk,... The "manager" on duty was EXTREMELY Rude and wouldn't even give us the store number or names to leave a review. Worst service ive ever gotten at a fast food place and I've worked fast food service before... I love Rally's and came from out of town just to enjoy the food... Needless to say I won't be spending my money at any Rally's in New Orleans ever...read full review
I love rallys. I just went to this location for the first time though and got a big buford combo. I got two bottom buns on my sandwich lol. Im not mad its still delicious.
