My brother and I attended Chris' Cocktail Class last Friday. Both of us are big fans, and to have 3 hours of time with a man we consider to be one of the greatest living bartenders in the U.S. (if not the world), it was a privilege, educational, and a great time. Revel is one of our favorites, and it should be yours, too. They are grinding prime brisket and choice chuck for their burger patties. Incredible flavor. Their frites are made in the Belgian tradition, with fresh potatoes, peeled and fried in Wagyu beef tallow and served with homemade aioli. OMG, so good! The owner Chris is a genuine bartending guru and has trained some of the best bartenders around the country. Revel is worth it for the drinks alone but the food is excellent. Small menu but everything is done just right. Great deviled eggs, burger, salad. This is secret diamond in the rough.
