They didn’t know how to fold my sandwich closed. Mind you I ordered a regular sandwich without anything extra. Half of the sandwich was outside of the bread. I had to open my to-go order inside the restaurant and scoop the veggies back into the sand which and fold it so it wouldn’t spill out.
Usually the subway I go to but have stopped going as the service has become truly awful. Even when the service was good it wasnt good. The food is always inconsistent. The staff acts like they are forced to work there and their demeanor reflects that. The parking in the shopping center is also atrocious. People constantly block the parking lot by going up the wrong way and will try to steal spots from people going the right way. Just avoid this place. Most of my experiences here...read full review

Ok - so I would have to actually agree with some of the negative reviews here at times but not today. Today we met Becky S. She is definitely a "CAN DO" person! My son had a special request and when one of the other employees said no she stepped in an said "No Problem" and proceeded to make him exactly what she wanted. If you had more employees like her you wouldn't have a 2.5 star rating. Kudos to Becky and her winning attitude. At least She still knows that customer is the priority...read full review
