After a day of walking around the WW2 museum, we came here to eat. Got a seat really quick--staff friendly and restaurant has a nice clean look. Small menu.. The had the fried Gator and found them tasty. Wife had the pork belly=super tasty. Son had the gumbo=okay . Got very busy as the evening went on. Overall, a nice experience
This spot offers delicious Cajun food in a pleasant informal space. We started with the pork belly and the gumbo which were both interesting and very tasty. Our mains were the Louisiana Cochon, and the Rabbit and dumplings. They were awesome.
By far our favorite restaurant in New Orleans. Incredible food, laid back atmosphere, super winelist, great atmosphere. A unique experience with superior quality. We're total foodies and also went to Gianna and Sun Chong which were also good but Cochon far surpassed our expectations and our expectations were high.
