Are you a medical student? Are you a nursing student? Are you a PA student? Are you some other kind of student who attends LSUHSC? Are you an employee of the university? No? Nor am I so you're in good company. So if I am neither of the aforementioned special groups what the hell am I doing eating at the LSUHSC Cafeteria? It is open to the public. Honestly one of my best dining experiences at a school or hospital. They have plenty of options and stations to check out including grab and go wraps, salads, and even sushi, plus your typical burgers and pizza and fries. The sushi station they have is an incredible addition and insanely fast despite having only one woman working and making fresh rolls from scratch on demand.
