The customer service is so pleasant and though I am not a big "pie" gal in the traditional sense, I really enjoy the savory hand pies and quiches! I appreciate the rotating seasonal flavors; keeps me coming back!
If you like pie, you NEED to visit Windowsill Pies in New Orleans. As an avid home baker and foodie, I've been following them on Instagram for about a year now, and decided to finally take a trip to New Orleans and try their pies myself (they do not ship pies). This shop is delightful! The pies are stellar, from sweet to savory. We visited from KC and stayed across the street, were able to visit a few times. The hand pies are insanely good, unlike anything we have at home, unfortunately! We bought several mini-pies to take to a family dinner and all were a huge hit. The owners are great. Thank you!
