He sat with us, trying to figure out how to make sure we still got our food or a refund. He went above and beyond, and my family will most definitely continue to use this specific Taco Bell.“
“It was a wait on our food, but it was worth it because it was fresh and hot. I did witness a few things I didn't approve of from the crew, mind you it was a all male crew, one worker was eating fries while preparing food and another worker came in the lobby to clean tables with his bare hands he just whipped the stuff on the floor, no Towel or cleaner Nothing just bare hands. The screen on the self check-out was sticky and nasty. This store needs a major cleaning but we did enjoy our food.“

“The food was a little undercooked but apart from that I love everyone that works up there and they always make you feel at home and welcomed everytime you walk into the doors but don't let my rating for the food quality stop you from going cause 9 times out 10 they always have really good food so go check them out in ball and you will not regret it my boy“
“First visit to this location and I'm happy to say the residents around Alexandria are lucky to have this great place to dine like I have back home in Walker, La. The food was spot on to what I'm used to at my usual location. Very nice place inside and the staff was excellent. Will dine in again next time I'm up this way!“
“This is some of the best Mexican food we've had in a LONG time. We're from out of state just passing through. I had the mixed fajitas and my wife had the enchiladas rancheras. Both dishes were amazing! They had great salsa as well.“
“We arrived around 6:30 on a weeknight and were seated immediately, plenty of empty tables. Molcajete was tasty, but chicken and beef were just two huge chunks of meat. The beef was very chewy. My wife had the vegetarian fajitas and she raved about it. It did look very tasty. Portions were large, too. We both brought home enough for another meal. No skinny margaritas, unfortunately.“
