Ride the Tammany Trace from Mandeville or Covington, turn around at Salmen Nature Park, then STOP HERE right on the trail for a very nice casual lunch. I really needed a cup of coffee, theirs was very good.
Best snowballs in Slidell. The ice is sooo soft and the flavors are rich! My mother loves to visit this stand when we are in the area. They have so many menu items, including cheesecake stuffed snowballs. The absolute best part is their drive thru, yes, you don't even have to get of the car! If you are in the area stop by for a refreshing sweet treat!
